Arum said he and Pacquiao were "ignorant about the drug-testing stuff," when Mayweather first made the request for testing in the 2009 negotiations. He said Pacquiao has educated himself on it and has no problem to being tested and readily agreed to testing as part of his deal in getting the Mayweather fight.

One sides fans seem terrified now that it appears eminent. Excuses excuses excuses already flow. you know something is fishy when mayweathers side has said nothing while arum and pac are saying everything is settled and floyd just has to sign. i think its another tactic to make it look like floyd is hiding. i dont think that things are actually settled at all. i think that there have been talks but thats the extent of it.
