Re: Honey Badger The Most Fearless Animal P4P ??
Maybe its just to stupid to realize when to be fearful...;D
But seriously...Badgers are pretty mean beasts belong to the family of martens to which also belongs the wolferine...I tried to compare it to a boxer and look really witty, but so far couldn't come up with a name...

Re: Honey Badger The Most Fearless Animal P4P ??
When I was about 4 or 5 or so, went fishing with my gramps. We caught some fish and brought em back and he hung em from a branch waiting to be cleaned. I see this cute furry animal taking our fish!
I start walking over there to kick it's damn ass and get our fish back. Get 1/2 way there and my gramps in a run scoops me up and runs me back into our camper and slams the door shut.
"But Grampa? It's taking our fish!"
"That's okay, he can have them." lol
Was a wolverine.

Re: Honey Badger The Most Fearless Animal P4P ??
Well pound for pound I would have to say a patterdale terrier. They use them to hunt badgers in the states{not honey badgers}. I have personally seen a 14 pound patterdale get out of his pen and jump a 50 pound pit bull and got both front legs torn completely off. The little f#cker was still trying to kick with his back legs trying to get back to the bulldog; all the while screaming and wagging its tail, lol. Dog died right there from blood loss; nothing we could do. I've seen video of them being held by their legs and dropped down into a badger hole and they for the most part won't come up without the badger, live or die.

Re: Honey Badger The Most Fearless Animal P4P ??
actually pound for pound you may have to say a fighting rooster. Mean birds and 90% will fight to the death. Sick sport, but fearless animals. Get a male cock with some spurs on it and piss it off, and you will be in a world of hurt.

Re: Honey Badger The Most Fearless Animal P4P ??
Without getting too crazy, there is a difference to me in fearless and game. Alot of animals will show an attitude of taking on anything that threatens them, and even put up a good fight, but very few will actually give there life and show "deep gameness" in that pursuit.

Re: Honey Badger The Most Fearless Animal P4P ??
Animal has to be fearless with a gay name like honey badger

Re: Honey Badger The Most Fearless Animal P4P ??
There is an animal that actually possesses no fear I remember watching a show on it I am pretty sure it was the jaguar too.

I would disagree with a jaguar being fearless. Awesome animals, but you can probably find some videos I saw of a dog called the Dogo, an Argentinian dog that looks like a 100+ # white pit bull. Used specifically for hunting the massive boar as well as Jaguars and puma's in south America. I saw videos years ago of dogo's fighting jaguars and puma's and it was messy, but both cats were looking for a way out of there. They are predators, not fighters. Not trying to be a know it all, but I have been around performance/hunting dogs since I was a kid, and have seen some sh#t.

Re: Honey Badger The Most Fearless Animal P4P ??
Here's a somewhat brutal vid of some very badly schooled Dogo's catching a hog. This isn't how I trained my pit bulls to catch hogs, as you can lose alot of dogs the way they are doing it, but trained properly the Dogo is one of the best catch dogs out there. Lots of videos on you tube.

Re: Honey Badger The Most Fearless Animal P4P ??
Here's another vid of some pit bulls catching some small hogs. Man I could tell a couple of storie{I won't bore you} about some hog hunts I was on. Pit Bull is the best hog catcher, period. Fearless animal and smart as a dog can get. Had a couple get killed on me in the woods, but it happens. They are a nuisance and eat the sh#t out of telephone poles because of the resin, lol. We have some poles knocked down out here where I live.
Dammit, i gotta go back and find the video as it didn't copy. I'll put it up. Sorry if I am hijacking your thread ICB, lol.
I edited some of this, as I'm not going to get into the whole govt. thing.

You can hear them snorting. You'll smell hogs before you ever see them. They smell nasty, but tasty they are.
And by the way, I ain't no hillbilly redneck who chews tobacco and wears a cowboy hat, lol. I'm sure VD was cooking up something to say, lmao.

Then it wasn't the jaguar I didn't think it was anyways. Honestly I forget the animal I'm having a completely blank mind when trying to think but just can't remember. Actually it might have been a bulldog I don't know if that's a myth or not.

Well I wasn't trying to be an a##. You gotta look at it this way: If you put a jaguar in front of an elephant that was mad, he would take off like a shot. Put a pit bull or 16 pound patterdale in front of one and they are stupid enough to try and grab it. That's fearless. A jaguar hunts prey that will barely fight. Unfortunately a pit bull has been bred to love combat. There is a big difference. I still wouldn't f#ck with a jaguar though;D

I've been to cock pits in the philippines and yes rosters are savages. IMO its about 95% of the time that it will fight to the death. A rare event a poorly condition roster tries to find a way out but most of the time it will fight to the death. How they do it is if even both rosters are nearly dead, one must show it still wants to fight. So they pick the rosters up and get them face to face and whoever roster bites wins. If both birds still bites they drop them right next to eachother even though both can no longer walk. they will just keep continuing to peck at eachother til one dies or can no longer move.
they actually attack razor sharp talents made of blade. Fight usually last less than 30seconds. The longest fight i've seen i think only lasted 3minutes and thats when both rosters had to show it wanted more by biting when the trainiers pick them back up.

a while back, i saw a video of a jaguar walking directly into a path of a tiger. Unknown to the jaguar and tiger they were about to be face to face. at the moment the tiger saw the jaguar it killed it in ten seconds, it must of not wanted it to compete for preys around. the jaguar didnt seem to run though, maybe it was fearless against the tiger or was just suprise.

No telling why it didn't run, but wouldn't have made a difference anyways. Cats will alot of times stare down each other to see what happens. Jaguars can get to 400 pound, but the average is about 250. A tiger can get to like 6 or 700 pounds. So the tiger knows he can kill it. If the sizes were reversed, it would have been the opposite. A rooster, pit bull, they don't bluff, they go right to work. They're too brave for their own good. I would love to know why a jaguar and tiger were even together, as they are from different parts of the world. Unless it was a leopard, as tigers and leopards live in India. Leopards are even smaller.

I saw a couple of cock fights. Not my thing, but when you said 95% of the time, I remembered a guy I knew who loved that cock fighting and he said it was like 95% or higher they will die in there. That is pretty fearless!!
Another animal that will fight to the death at times is the dove. Funny it is a symbol of peace, but is fierce when fighting. Not sure why; though it is something I heard and not sure if it's true.

A guy that used to work for my dad{ he was a hillbilly mofo}, told me he always fought his roosters. Pretty silly to me, though I've witnessed it a couple of times. Anyways, he brought a maple box to the jobsite one day and showed me all these long knives he would hook to his birds, lol. That is some sick sh#t. Heads must be flying off with those. I'd hate to get one loosed on me with daggers on his feet, lol:rolleyes:

yea i really think 95% fight to the death but personally a 100% have died in a cock pit where I've been in. Afterwards the deal is the loser roster is taken by the owner of the roster that won. It will be dinner for the owners family, they do not waste the chicken at all. The roster that won if it isn't hurt that bad will be conditioned again and fought once it has fully recover. If it can no recover it will likely be meal as well.
BTW they give supplements to rosters and sometimes while many rosters are tied next to eachother, they let a female lose to get them all excited. Once I took a little day chicken and face it towards a roster as if I was going to battle it. the roster strike me and the little chicken ;D luckily it was tied up and didn't reach us. i also did it with puppies and even adult dogs the roster would always get piss and strike.
Rosters are a lot like raptors they jump to strike you with their talents.
I don't think the dove info is correct, I know of another animal that is born to fight. the Betta, or fighting fish. I bred them a lot before but Betta's are not like roster. I'll say only about 40% actually will fight to the death. I've known guys in chinatown that would bet up to 10,000 dollars on fighting fish. Its an underground sport mainly in chinatown, but roster fights are hardly anywhere here in america.

yea those daggers are real sharp man, I've seen guys struggle trying to tie it precisely on the roster. to avoid the roster chopping its own legs off or the guy wrapping the dagger on. During sparring though they actually put on replacement boxing roster gloves to cover the existing talent. They still take off feathers though.
Man the worst i've seen those daggers do was kill another roster in 4 seconds. the first strike instantly killed the other roster and the winner was still insisting on striking it while it was motionless. They usually both jump from the beginning and right when they both did the other one was stab right at the chest. it landed on its face as the other landed on its feet. crazy stuff man.

i think it was in a forest in thialand or somewhere near india. I've heard of tigers growing up to 900lbs actually. I think the siberian tiger.

I wish cock fighting was still legal, fun for the whole family. And before someone gives me shit about it, those roosters are taken better care of than 99.9% of chickens out there. Yes they do meet a savage ending, about like all chickens.

your fuxking brilliant man, thats exactly how i look at it. I've actually seen how well these roster are conditioned. Hell man trainiers would actually spoon feed their rosters. They get up each mourning at the exact time to feed them and take them out of the heat of the mourning sun. They have all kinds of medicine and supplements. They actually hand feed them the supplement or medicine.
Roster fighting is far different then pit-bull fighting, most pit-bulls are treated horribly. rosters are condition and cared for. All chickens are killed and eaten by us anyway. Even roster that engage in fights, they too are just another chicken meal but fighting roster actually get taken cared of far better then just another chicken. The only bad part I see about it is gambling really.
I owe you lots of rep boozeman!
