~ Visual Brain Test ~
Alright just came across this test.
Here's how it goes...
Do you see the dancer turning clockwise or counter-clockwise?
http://frostfirezoo.com/files/u1/braintest4672.gif
If you see her going clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain if you see her going counter-clockwise then you use the left side of the brain.
The majority of people will see the dancer turning counter-clockwise. Though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.
RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS
uses feeling

LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONS

knowing
acknowledges
order/pattern perception
knows object name
reality based

Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
Thats epic I have been doing something called whole brain thinking meditations for over a year now and I can actually do either direction at will ! First time I have had any physical proof for myself thanks :D!

SAME HERE ANDRE

Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
Well how did you see her the 1st time?
That's how your brain reacts on 1st instinct and that's what it is...
-
Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
 maybe it goes around one way for an undetermined time then reverses just to fuk us all over ;D.
Im stuck in clockwise now.

Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~

I can purely see her going clockwise.. I tried for a minute or so as best I could and could not have her going the other direction..
In addition to your zen training, you'll have to add some whole brain thinking lessons..
-
Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
There is also those ones where their will be picture, and one way you'll see an old lady, and another way you'll see like a graceful dancer. And if you try you can see both sort of thing..
But this one, it's just like, a video of someone going clockwise and that's it.. I can't even imagine how it could possibly be conceived that she could be going counter clockwise..
-
Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
You know what, if that is an animated gif, maybe Danny G can take the gif and run the frames in reverse, and we can all see if we still see it going the same direction...
-
Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
It keeps switching directions every time I look at it, are you sure it just doesn't change around after a certain period of time?
-
Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
I'm pretty much 100% certain it changes directions in certain intervals, so no brain test :p

KID THUNDER JUST PM ME AND ASKED IF THE ANSWER WAS 10 :LOLATYOU:

Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
I saw clockwise.
I wonder if this is accurate?
If she isn't moving you have dial up.

For a split second she jerked back and forth and then it started to turn clockwise. I'm talking a split, split second. She stuttered and then went right.
So I think you are right, Mick. Whichever way it goes when you first look at it, which for me was clockwise one started in a certain direction.

Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
Now what Miles said is making sense to me...
If I look at her too long I get creeped out.

Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~

Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
I just saw her tits:confused:
-
Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
The direction must change, because when I 1st looked at it it appeared to be moving counter-clockwise, but after a few seconds it seemed to switch direction... Maybe it just means that I'm insane...
-
Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
Odd.I see her turning clockwise and when I focus on the lower shawdow on feet & legs, she seems to turn counter Clockwise.
Also....It is obviously VERY cold where she is dancing ;D
-
Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
I only see the woman moving clockwise. I think it's because I'm left-handed.
You stated that if you see it moving clockwise, you use the right side of your brain more. The right side of your brain controls the left side of your body, the left side of your brain controls the right side of your body.
I've tried focusing so I'll see it moving counter-clockwise, but I can't. I only see it moving clockwise.

Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
I saw it moving counter clockwise 1st; scrolled down and then went back up and it was moving clockwise. Then I blinked a couple of times and she was moving counter-wise again.

Only child mistake huh?:-\ Thank God for small favors.

Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
For me she spins to the left which I presume is counter clockwise.
She doesn't move the other way at all for me which confirms to me that my brain is correct, operating purely out of logic and pattern recognition and not influenced by fanciful imagination rules or simple belief.
-
Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
I've seen and both times it's moved both ways.
Does that mean I'm epic?

If I look at it out of the side of my eye, if I focus it will appear it's moving to the left (counter-clockwise), but when I face towards it it's moving to the right again.

Ok, I thought this was some kind of trick so I decompiled it and it has 34 frames and from the looks of it, the image starts clockwise and continues but somewhere at frames 22 thru 27 sometimes it looks as it switches to counter but really is not, this is crazy. I don't know what to say but the biatch moves in both directions for me even though I have seen every frame all indicate the she is indeed moveing clockwise. I hate this.

LOL That is odd because he pm'ed me and asked me what a clock was.?
To make matters worse, he told me he cant see anything, so I pm'ed him back and I said what do you mean you dont see anything? He replied and he said that all he sees is an image gradient,.. and I was like WTF, ?
so I sent him this example and he...
http://i35.tinypic.com/2ahxiy9.jpg
said "Yes, that's it, that is what I see!"
What does it mean if I don't see anything he asked?
I sadly replied, this means you are phuking dumb as a door knob
;D Or just phuking retarded
hahahahaa

Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
I've been trying to sit on this one for a while and figure it out some more..
When the foot that is swinging around on the left hand side, your supporting foot is lower. When the outswinging foot travels to the right hand side, her supporting foot is up in the air a bit...
I wish I was able to edit the picture somewhat, so that this would be opposite, i.e. her supporting foot would be lower when she's swinging onto the right...
My conclusion on how this one works is based on that upward and downwards movement.. The only constant if you take into account that people can see her spinning both ways, is her being perceived as being up on the right side, and down an the left.
How our brains perceive the upwards and downwards motions mixed with the swinging, will subtley but solidly determine which was she spins... That's my take on it anyway.
Either eliminating that perceived up and down motion, or swapping it around so that she is lower on the right now instead of the left may make the results reverse or be more varied....
I've spent way to long thinking about this one.. And almost been looking at the picture long enough to get a boner... Time to give this one away..

Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
That is amazing who comes up with these things! i got used to looking elsewhere so it would change then eventually got her to wave her foot one way then the other back and forwards three times.(It is us and not it).:o
-
Re: ~ Visual Brain Test ~
Wow! I thought it was BS for a second, I see it's going clockwise plain and simple. Then I start to try to make it turn counterclockwise and focussing on the foot and it seemed to change directions. :o:o:o
This strikes me of more of an optical illusion moreso than right brain vs. left brain perception. It's which way you make your eyes move, how they follow that creates the clockwise/counter-clockwise effect.
Still-- it amuses me to no end, it's fun making it go both ways. ;D
