Thats still good for recoil on his punches, his shoulders and back are used to rapid fire, obviously these punches have no use in the ring but his reflexes are staying quick and thats still good for his stamina to do that a whole round.

In doing that he's firing up loads of motor neurons, fast twitch muscle fibres through out his body and different types of fibres all throughout his core, whilst recruiting all of the different energy systems to go to. I'd like to see other fighters doing that sort of drill to compare it. Or you yourself could try and do that for 3 minutes solid? ;)
