    Looks like nothing more than a training drill to me... I don't know why you're all getting so excited over it... as real boxing fans surely you know how much salt to take hype/main stream media bullshit with.

    In doing that he's firing up loads of motor neurons, fast twitch muscle fibres through out his body and different types of fibres all throughout his core, whilst recruiting all of the different energy systems to go to. I'd like to see other fighters doing that sort of drill to compare it. Or you yourself could try and do that for 3 minutes solid?

    requires a fair bit of fitness, despite how unimpressive I'm sure it looks to you.
