Hopkins vs. Ornelas official thread
Well this fight is coming up in about an hour. I know everyone expects a relatively easy night against the decidedly outclassed, but very durable Ornelas. It looks like it's 2 hours so hopefully they show some of the undercard. Pretty sure They will show all 2 minutes of Jones/Green as these fights were to be a set up for the rematch. Who knows, in stranger aeon's do we see Green/Ornelas?

Re: Hopkins vs. Ornelas official thread
I think Hopkins may actually show some ring rust. Ornelas if nothing else will be steady pressure

Re: Hopkins vs. Ornelas official thread
Wilson impressed the hell out of me against Huerta in his last fight, I've been waiting to see him again since then. He is wild, fast and hair trigger reactions.

-
Re: Hopkins vs. Ornelas official thread
Bernard Hopkins 49-5-1 (32 KOs) 175 lbs
Enrique Ornelas 29-5-1 (19 KOs) 173.5 lbs
No title, but it is 12 rounds.
Enrique Ornelas enters the ring to some romantica, classy.
Hopkins get a list of his career archives for his introduction, mixed cheers and boos, more cheers as he enters. No ring walk music, just a red robe with a black X on it.

Re: Hopkins vs. Ornelas official thread
Hopkins is an ugly, ugly fighter. You can't teach an old dog new tricks. He is edging this, but not looking particularly good. He would get whipped by someone like Dawson on this showing so far.

Re: Hopkins vs. Ornelas official thread
All even...Hopkins turning it up in 5th,backing him and timing well...where is the body Hopkins, come on man....both guys are billy goats tonight.
