That's because this isn't one of the Fight Club cards. We'll get that crap again when they do the next one.

    Round 2

Wilson opens up with a series of combos de Leon back on the ropes again and clinches. Wilson turns and hook de Leon. Uppercut right hook combo from Wilson blisteringly fast and crisp. de Leon lands a jab and a body shot Wilson lands a counter straight right. Wilson flurries again. de Leon lands a few jabs. de Leon lands a nice 3 punch combo. Wilson comes back with a flurry. de Leon trying to be the general now coming forward bullying his way in. Close round I think Wilson won more of it though (close enough to be a swing round)

    20-18 Wilson

Was wondering that once I saw that the late Jack Palance doing the intros.Guess GBP pulled out the grown up Visa cards for Hopkins match

Man,Wilson needs to tighten up.They dont all just fall over.

    Round 3

de Leon picking up the pace putting multiple jabs together. Wilson getting on his toes more lands a nice counter right and misses left-right hook combo. Wilson with his back in the corner now and de Leon lands a sharp right. Wilson is missing more and more but a good counter right de Leon doesn't flinch. de Leon lands low and the ref warns Wilson. de Leon taking over Wilson trying to get momentum back, but de Leon keeps pressing and pressing. Wilson is visibly tired now, looking asthmatic. de Leon round

    29-28 Wilson

    Round 4

Wilson throwing for the fences, de Leon trying to press, but being overwhelmed by Wilson's volume. Now Wilson backs off and de Leon moves in throwing straight punches clipping Wilson. The trade on the ropes and Wilson lands big de Leon starting to back off now. Wilson tentative looking sloppy. de Leon moves in and puts the pressure on Wilson covers up and slides off the ropes, but the point was made. Wilson lands a vicious left hook, but de Leon keeps coming they trade at the bell. Another close round gave that one to de Leon. I have a draw

    38 each.

Oh that Wilson. I don't get Versus on DirecTV, its bullshit, and I don't want to watch a stream so I'm downloading.

    Wilson 29-28.

    Official decision

    39-37 Wilson

    39-37 de Leon

    39-37 de Leon

Split decision victory for de Leon certainly reasonable.

Had 38-38 as well...Wilson will learn more in that L than a win ever would have done for him.

    Bernard Hopkins 49-5-1 (32 KOs) 175 lbs

    Enrique Ornelas 29-5-1 (19 KOs) 173.5 lbs

No title, but it is 12 rounds.

Enrique Ornelas enters the ring to some romantica, classy.

Hopkins get a list of his career archives for his introduction, mixed cheers and boos, more cheers as he enters. No ring walk music, just a red robe with a black X on it.
