Well camp Mayweather took him up on that and now Team Pac is planning to sue them of it. The suspicion increases, even if the lawsuit goes through it will not silence the publics suspicion, it just puts more money in Manny's pocket.

What you don't see is that months later after those said celebrities raise their defamation suits, those suits are dismissed. You can sue anybody for anything as long as you have money and a lawyer, that doesn't mean that your suit is valid. First off, I made no definitions. I just provided the information and links And I agree that Pacquaio has a strong case. You don't have to agree. That other stuff you write is just nonsense.

I don't believe there is much of a case. They could have gone after Mayweather Snr some time back, but they let it go and it probably wouldn't have got very far anyway. Are they also going to try and go for Malignaggi and Cintron too, after all they have suggested that Pac might be juicing as well.

They have no justification in suing because of the request for extensive testing. Now in Korea they would have a case because the laws are screwy and saying or printing anything negative that hurts ones potential income is illegal (good for protecting corrupt businesses). But as far as I am aware, America is far more civilised when it comes to the protection of free speech. The case would likely be thrown out.

Taking the tests would be far easier and command a lot more respect than going through with this. The Pac camp seems to be all over the place right now and it really doesn't look very good.

The major issue related to the testing rests with which independent agency will administer these tests. The United States Anti Doping Agency (USADA) cannot do it because they will not amend its procedures to accommodate the blood testing schedule we have outlined. USADA, under its guidelines, would have the right to administer random blood tests as many times as they want up to weigh-in day and that is ludicrous.

1.Pacquiao's camp instead of using that as an opportunity to show they were clean, started out talking about superstition and then videos of him getting a blood test right before the Hatton fight came out so that was untrue.

2. Then they said it was because it would disrupt their schedule. Which it wouldn't, which has been proven by any Olympian who has broken a record and still been subjected to the same test.
