Seven-division world champion Manny Pacquiao became even more incensed at Floyd Mayweather Jr., Floyd Sr. and executives of Golden Boy Promotions (GBP) for what he alleges are twisting facts and coming up with false statements that intended to cover up the mess that they created even as they put the blame on the Manny and his team for the snag of talks to make the projected biggest fight in history from happening. “I can’t believe these guys can lie without batting an eyelash and they would even make it appear that I am the culprit for the delay of the fight and saying that I don’t want it to happen,” said Pacquiao in Tagalog, as he released part of the information that he has been keeping—proof that Mayweather Jr. directly accused him of performance enhancement drugs (PED) use.
“Liars go to hell. They should be man enough and own up to their words,” said Pacquiao, as he recalled information that pointed out to Mayweather Jr. categorically stating that “the Philippines has the best (performance) enhancement drugs,” supporting what his father, Mayweather Sr. and his uncle Jeff Mayweather, have openly claimed in past interviews. They all claimed that Pacquiao was into some kind of “roids” (steroids) or has used other banned substances.

Like someone said before, imagine you were accused of stealing in a store and were asked to empty your pockets. Anybody would empty the pockets to prove them wrong as a slap in the face. It would be foolish to come up with excuses: "I am not showing you my pockets because I am supersticious...I will not show you my pockets because it makes me nervous...No no no, wait a minute, I won't show you my pockets because you just want to control me you bully...I will show you my pockets if you tell me exactly what day and time of the day you will come to check them..." Come on Pac! Prove people wrong and take the random blood tests!

I agree but I think they might be panicking that something may be in his system right now and are stalling before they think its out his system and do a big public blood test.
Obviously if he knows the tests will be random if the fight gos ahead then he will stay clean and not test positive, that wouldnt prove that he hasnt in the past and it certainly wont rid the doubt that he alone has planted.

In response to Chino's post, there are plenty of people that wouldn't empty their pockets. They would go get their lawyer and accuse the store owner of profiling. They would say things like "why didn't you ask everyone else in the store to empty their pockets, why just me?". Kind of a weak argument there.

Accusations like this is like the US accusing Iraq of weapon of mass destruction backing it up with said satellite photos as proof, hyping it using the media, and using the UN to make Iraq look bad, yet when they go to war in Iraq not a single weapon of mass destruction was found.

When you say "superstitious" are you referring to his lack of desire to take a blood test within a {WINDOW}... Manny is trying to preserve his rights as an individual and his knowledge of his own body. He clearly said. "I do not want to have any of my blood take within a month of the fight." It's not the RANDOMS that are bothering him. I don't think his reasoning is that bad. Plus it's not like the steroids you take before a fight are what makes the difference in the long run. You gotta juice and workout... Hard.
I think it's childish of Mayweather to think he is going to catch him in this red handed. He knows Manny has done an incredible job handling his career, and this is just a way for Mayweather to look "good" for once. Manny has risen to the top while being a role model. Floyd? well he's just another jackass: another T.O., OchoCinco, Iverson, Tiger, or Zab Judah.
Everyone thinks he's such a horrible excuse for a person anyway. Anyone who can't think of anything to associate his name with other than "money." If I was in a department store and a security guard thought that I had stolen something, the first thing I would do would be to turn out my pockets and prove that I am innocent. To refuse would make me look circumspect. Right now Manny looks circumspect. It would have been better to agree. We would all then have the fight we want and both fighters would clearly be clean.
You can bring up the ludicrous Jesus analogies as much as you like, but there is one small thing that you are overlooking. Manny is not fighting because he refuses a random drugs test. As simple as.

but if you were in the department store and that security guard singled you out out of all the people in the store for no reason whatsoever except maybe in his eyes you look like a thief, and want to thoroughly search your person, wouldn't you feel offended? i guess you would oblige immediately miles, but there are some people who would resent it and say "what the fuck do you think i am?!" i know that guard would get an earful from me.

Ricky Hatton he was overrated and wasnt the same after mayweather beat him. Cotto he wasnt the same after margarito. Now that they have something to pin on him they arent loving it. If I was in a department store and a security guard thought that I had stolen something, the first thing I would do would be to turn out my pockets and prove that I am innocent. I don't know about feeling offended, but I would feel a bit shocked and taken aback. But after that moment and having had a second or two to think about the situation I would think "well, why not?". I would definitely demand an apology after the ordeal.
Like I say, I think this whole thing has got way out of hand and it has just made boxing look silly. Instead of winning over new fans, we have them looking at boxing as some kind of charade. Unlike the store situation, we are dealing with top level athletes in the public eye. Refusing a random drugs test simply doesn't look good.

Yes yes i get that taking the test would be an easy gesture to prove his innocence but in the essence why he has been accused in the first place is where the point of the argument comes in. why would pac go beyond the call of duty and take unnecessary tests just cause some people think hes cheating? Money? Nah pac doesnt care THAT much about money as much as mayweather. Hes pissed off that why is he being doubted in the first place. Thats why. Although i get that yes whats so wrong with taking the test and passing and shoving it on mayweather all the pachater's faces but its up to pac on that note and i also think this is all a publicity stunt gone wrong.

Mayweather Sr. accused MannyPacquiao of using steroids even before the cotto fight. MP kept quiet so he could concentrate on the upcoming fight.
now that the bout with FMjr is in the works, the dirty talk didnt stop from the mayweather camp, MP's super pissed, its a demolition job! all the hard work sacrifice etc that brought him to the top is being put into question without any proof/evidence. MSr. (and paulie) sowed the seeds of doubt.
had the drugtesting issue been demanded/requested by the governing body (NSAC) then MP would have agreed. but coming from the mayweathers & gbp, no way! MP knows that the mayweathers' into mindgames so he stubbornly stood his ground. they wont own him!

had there been no accusations beforehand, it would have been easier to negotiate with team pacquiao regarding additional testing.
and if they will deviate from the normal testing procedures done by the governing body, it should apply to ALL, not just to manny pacquiao.

It also would have given Pacquiao a chance to win his defamation suit. I've been reading all these articles on Pacland about how Pac's lawsuit is going to be worth millions and millions of dollars which is completely unrealistic. He may get half a million, here's why........he is not losing anything because of the accusations, he has chosen to not take the money which holds the method to prove his innocence or guilt. There is no case, what is the financial harm Pacquiao has been caused?

I would agree with you, but your what your missing here is probable cause.. Manny Pacquiao is acting almost identical to every other amateur and Pro athlete implicated for using Anabolic Steroids, growth hormone and any other PED that got caught.. I know people would like to believe that Pac is the 2nd coming but the stuff he is doing and has done are unprecedented the way he is retaining speed and power.... So yes Pac may be clean as a whistle but based on the recent history of fighters doing phenomenal things in this era with the help of chemical enhancements definetly rouses suspicion with PROBABLE CAUSE.
