The fight will happen and get sign next week. Pac just needs to have a few Coronas with that 1 FLip buddy of his that convince him to fight Hatton before it was called off.

It's people that look to call people out on things like this that keep flames burning. The words will always be there... How they are used and when or if they ever are is a different story. As I had said, this was not a racially driven thread but in turning it into it AirJordanIV has succeeded in just stirring the pot.
...and absolutly, the "N word" by far has the most negative conotation...(though there are a few in there that are also extremely negative)

I have never known Killersheep to be racist so he can use the word Flip on us.
It's a different story though with VD( who was temporarily banned before) for being a racist.
To make it safe though, I suggest that people should stop using the word Flip when referring to Filipinos because most filipinos feel that the word is demeaning. Just like the word "nigger" is derogatory for black people when said by a white man.:cool:

Well, I think we can then safely say that the word does not have any of the same racial connotations and history as the racial slurs it was compared to.

Indeed... Indeed. I'm actually only of 2 decents. I'm 3/4 french and 1/4 Irish cuz my garandmother and grandfather on my fathers side were 100% French... as was my other grandmother on my mothers size. She married a 100% Irishman in my grampa.

Yea floyd is scared....if floyd wouldn't have fought hatton. He'd been scared of him too. If he didn't fight oscar he'd been scared, baldomir, judah, etc. These guys are fighters why would either of them be scared and even be in this sport.
