Her dress clearly shows that she was frigid and hated life. Certainly some act of euthanasia.
He can't be the first man to wake up legless on Valentines and shoot all over his girlfriends face thinking she was someone else.?

Yeah I don't believe the accidental shooting thing. Previous reports of domestic disturbances and the neighbours saying they heard shouting and screaming from his house earlier that evening also makes it look more likely to me that he flipped out and killed her. I'm going to go out on a limb and say I think he'll get done for the murder, I don't think he's going to have a leg to stand on in court unless he stumps up for a top lawyer.
