He just opened a gym in Dubai , I dont think any of these "articles" state he's actually in training more that he's just back in a gym.
The gym he owns basically.

Maybe some light stamina training on his toe?
Does raise serious questions about that "shoulder" Injury when he's posting that on his twitter account.

Honestly I think he was hoping for a Vitali fight but now that aint happening he's gunna come back and try and take the WBC belt from whoever wins it.

Re: Did you guys hear that David Haye is back?
So much for the retirement due to a " serious " shoulder injury.
If he comes back and doesn't attempt to arrange a fight with Fury, alot of our suspicions are true. He was scared shitless of Fury and wanted out.

Haye has been in with plenty of better fighters than Tyson Fury so why in Gods name would he be scared of a chinny fighter who has proven absolutely nothing? As always, Haye likely pulled out thinking there was more money to be made elsewhere. Did you think he pulled out of the Manuel Charr fight because he was afraid of him?

Gotta say I agree with most of that... I used to be a big Haye fan with his non performance against Wlad starting to turn me off him as a fighter.
I mean you get a shot against the top man so go in and fucking fight him... no one would have thought any less of him if he got sparked out in the process.
Seriously pissed me off that night did Haye.
Doubt he was scared to fight Fury because he simply would have won by KO as soon as he landed a big right hand.
To be honest I really dont see where he goes from here unless he can somehow leapfrog everyone and get another fight with Wlad?
Or go the other route Wbc... but has he still got the bargaining power to leapfrog that route..?
Thing is that Haye/Booth are proper hustlers and very very very good at it so anythings possible when it comes to David ;)

Re: Did you guys hear that David Haye is back?
I like Haye when he actually fights but his business first, boxing second approach has become tiresome for pretty much any boxing fan. He needs to stop talking and start fighting or he might as well retire. Bascially wasting his talent when he could be proving it in a talentless division.

hopefully he will fight fury after all, as shit as fury is he is a big well known name and a fight between the two would be very good for haye
IMO an early KO would be the only possible outcome of the fight and anyone KOing fury in a couple of rounds has to be taken notice of, for haye to do it first it would show he is back
the worst thing that could happen for haye is fury fighting someone decent, lucas brown for instance, and them KOing him in a couple
-
Re: Did you guys hear that David Haye is back?
David Haye was just a huge disappointment. Finally the HW division had someone with big power but also speed, style and flashiness, someone who could make people interested in HW boxing again. Then he took a shit vs Wlad and now all this injury/retirement nonsense.

I agree he probably wasn't scared of fighting Fury as no one becomes a boxer if they are scared of a fight. Although its blatantly obvious he was scared of losing to Fury. Scared of losing future options, scared of losing that high esteem he has conned out of a certain naive section of fans.
If Fury fought Barrett, Harrison, and Ruiz one after the other a month apart he would get the shit ripped out of him in this forum for fighting such bums. Haye does it and not only are those fights acceptable, they are proof he is an amazing heavy. Then you have Valuev, Chisora and Wlad. Valuev most think he lost to, he put no effort in against Wlad and Chisora was beaten by Fury years ago but Haye was being lined up to fight Vitali!
If he does come back then its irrefutable that he didn't want to lose. He was getting a beating in sparring by the likes of Richard Towers;D Fury had a good camp and was on the verge of his break through fight. Haye would not have landed a thing and would have had to resort at leaping in. Fury would have been the first man to stop him at heavy and Haye didnt want Fury to have that distinction, especially over a Klitschko as it would suddenly legitimise Fury as britains best heavy, over Haye!;)

I think Haye was a lot more confident. I watched all the pre-fight build up segments and interviews and even though Fury was trolling and acting the part, every once and awhile he'd use language like "win or lose", "if I lose", ect. I think he even conceeded that Haye could knock him out if he caught him early or caught him good.In contrast, Haye's line never changed and he never he conceeded the possibility of defeat.
Maybe Haye is just a better con-man or has a better poker face, who knows. But I know Fury wasn't 100% confident going into that fight.

You managed a half decent paragraph before you reverted back to your usual bullshit posting.
Fury has done FUCK ALL in the heavyweights except being put down by a Cruiserweight who cant punch and beating a hugely overweight Chisora over 12 rounds when Haye smashed a fit Chisora in half the time lol.
And this is all the ammo you have while you live happily inside Furys rectum.
And I dont know anyone who thinks he didnt beat Valuev hands down.
You are a dickhead Ross.

Re: Did you guys hear that David Haye is back?
Haye has proved to be a dick , he did mess fury about , however that doesn't make fury better because he almost fought a former belt holder twice.
As I have said both Haye and fury need to put up and shut up , actually do something in the ring for us to talk about.
-
Re: Did you guys hear that David Haye is back?
Haye is just looking for the easiest route to make money. He has the talent to beat a lot of heavyweights but he's picking and choosing so carefully that everyone thinks he's a total pussy and hell maybe that IS the case.
He just needs to go ahead schedule a fight, follow through and maybe people outside of England will take him a little more seriously

Haye is going to do what he wants matter what anyone else thinks.
Fury is the one who should shut up and start fighting. He is not learning much about fighting in the ring if he is not fighting in the ring. If Fury thinks his size is going to carry him to a legit/international belt he's living in a dreamland .
Fury and his team are doing all the this jockeying, looking for the perfect opponent to place Tyson in the best spot for a title shot, when he should be learning his craft by fighting every three or four months.
Everyone knows there is room for improvement in Fury's boxing and everyone (except Fury and his team) knows he is not going to learn it on Twitter or Facebook.
Just shut up and start fighting, things will come your way.

Haye will save heavyweight boxing!

Re: Did you guys hear that David Haye is back?
If Haye is just looking for the easiest money option, fuck knows what he was thinking when throwing a guaranteed £5million away against Fury. There's no guarantee he'll make more than that for a shot at that shitty WBC belt. In fact, it's almost certain he wont.
-
Re: Did you guys hear that David Haye is back?
Haye is nothing but a annoyance to boxing.
Best method to deal with attention whores are to ignore them.

Its Hayes fault Fury hasnt fought for so long!
He was scheduled to face Pulev in the summer but Hayes team offered him a fight which he jumped at! Like he has said, if he had fought Pulev in the eliminator he would still be in no better position now as look at where Pulev is now, in no mans land still. Fury jumped at the chance to beat a big name ex belt holder and be the first man to stop him. Its not Furys fault he hasnt fought. Up till that point he was the busiest top ten heavy in the world actually fighting and beating respectable names.
Who is Pulev fighting next? Who was his last fight? Who is Wilder fighting next? Who was his last fight? Same goes for Chisora.

 Fury didn't have to wait on a dance partner, he's a big boy he could have just chosen to move on, but he's hung up on Haye obviously.
Pulev doesn't have anything scheduled, he last fought Joey Abell.
Wilder also has nothing scheduled and his last fight was Nicolai Firtha

Exactly, people who are thought more of than Fury are fighting shite!
Pulev did have a fight lined up, im sure of it! For Feb or March and it was another nobody.
How has Fury hung around doing nothing? Hes been kept hanging on until December, that was only a few weeks ago. They apparently do have something lined up now. It wont be a big name, I doubt that very much but if Wilder can fight Firtha after 30 fights and Pulev fight a complete nobody journeyman and still be regarded higher then im sure Fury wont get any shit for fighting a warm up/stay busy fight:rolleyes:
Fury did everything in his power to create the biggest heavyweight fight of the year. Haye did everything in his power to get out of it but now its Furys fault?
-
Fury was hangin on for a big payday. Is there another fighter where he will make a few million other then maybe Wlad? Can't blame him for waitin if he had a commitment from Haye.
Haye will likely get title shots before Fury without beating anyone decent because he can bring some decent cash. Not many other heavyweights can bring cash.

Yes and Fury not fighting probably didn't help himself.
Haye is a part time fighter and a NOTORIOUS liar. I've never said any different. If Fury didn't know what Haye was going to pull that's 100% on Fury because he did that shit with Wlad, with Vitali plenty of times. It took Wlad like 4 years to finally fight Haye because that's the way Haye does business.
Pulev has a top notch amateur career behind him. He also beat Tony Thompson (another guy Fury could have fought while he was waiting on Haye). And that is why he's well respected. He also stopped Ustinov who is a huge mofo.
Wilder is regarded highly because of how he has won his fights not who he has beaten. For example, if Fury had blasted out Steve Cunningham or Chisora really early....he might have that little bit of danger about him, but his fights are pedestrian for the most part.

Im only going to reply to the Wilder bit but the best opponent Wilder has faced so far is someone Fury fought in his 16th fight, not his fucking 30th;D
Wilder hasn't faced anyone that you would be shocked if they got knocked out. Johnson and Cunningham beat him. He landed plenty of shots on Firtha and still only stopped him a round earlier than Fury even though hes a massive puncher and Fury is useless and feather fisted and Fury was a relative novice and Firtha is now older and more tired;D

Re: Did you guys hear that David Haye is back?
You're really upset about people sleeping on how bad Tyson Fury is. It'll be ok ross, he'll land a fight sooner or later.

I dont think haye ever actually retired, I thought he just said retirement is a possibility after the surgery, makes sense that he would get back training before decided wheter to retire or not..

Totally Haye's fault , nowhere did I suggest it was fury's fault , im just making the point it would be nice to comment on a fight one of these two had rather than , " he would , he could , he beat him so he is better than him " blah blah blah.
As soon as dickhead Haye pulled out a second time fury could have moved on , or are you saying his career is over as nobody wants to fight him ?
Didn't Chisora offer him a rematch and he is European Champ , something fury hasn't won?

Fury jumped at the chance to beat a big name ex belt holder and be the first man to stop him. Its not Furys fault he hasnt fought. Up till that point he was the busiest top ten heavy in the world actually fighting and beating respectable names.
Who is Pulev fighting next? Who was his last fight? Who is Wilder fighting next? Who was his last fight? Same goes for Chisora.
Fury is now in a catch 22.
He needs a fight but just a warm up. He cant risk going in to another important match when his head will probably still be elsewhere. He is having a journeyman next up, they have said that. Then they are looking at Chisora apparently.
They have spent thousands on the past two camps and wouldnt want to pay what Warren would want to fight Chisora straight off for essentially going over old ground. Chisora has done well to remain relevant over the opponents he has faced recently but lets be honest, the level of fighter hasnt increased since he fought Scott. If anything it has regressed and hes been hurt by these fighters. I think Chisora has reached his level and if Fury is what I think he is then he stops Chisora this time round.

As I have said both Haye and fury need to put up and shut up , actually do something in the ring for us to talk about.
Its Hayes fault Fury hasnt fought for so long!

Because I think he stops Chisora this time round?
Fury has progressed, Chisora hasnt. Those last few fighters Chisora faced, Fury would get laughed at for fighting.

Re: Did you guys hear that David Haye is back?
No, because you accept that it's just what you are hoping for;) I can't imagine liking any fighter as much as you do Fury, it's really something. How can you possibly be confident he won't completely bottle it against a good puncher who doesn't give up a whole lot of weight. You are reduced to claiming that Cunningham has some kind of punch at HW, instead of just admitting Fury doesn't have a great chin and makes himself an easy target at times.
I do agree he'd beat Chisora again though, even if Chisora comes in much better prepared he isn't a puncher, Fury has improved since then as well, and has the better skills.

No, read it again, its what I think.
I think Fury has progressed to the point that instead of being the out of shape clumsy fighter he was he's now less clumsy and has better fitness and puts more punches together and I also think he's going to be able to put that together and put an impressive display and stop Chisora.
If however he struggles to a decision win maybe I have thought a bit too much of him. I don't think this is the case or I wouldn't have stuck my neck out and argued otherwise. I don't mind either way. I like a fighter who wants to fight. I don't think any less of other fighters who have lost in the past, as long as they have tried to get the best available fights which Fury has done. He was going to fight Pulev but got offered Haye, who is the better fighter? Pulev or Haye? Fury also could have treaded water fighting low level euro fghters like Chisora and Pulev but he's trying to get in the mix to fight the top names. He wanted Wilder but sky sports didn't. Like Peter Fury has said, Tyson is a big threat to anyone and they want a price to match the threat and unless there is TV backing with big money these fights are very hard to make. Maloney couldn't let Price fight Fury as in his own words, he had a contract with sky that wouldn't allow it, although that turned out to be shit. Maloney knew Prices short comings.
There is a lot of bullshit talked about Fury but when Peter Fury explains everything you never hear the retractors/promoters/managers come back and dispute what he has said because they cant.
