Just wondering, feet are probably the most used part of action. They get some hammer, how many on here spend more than 10 minutes after training, stretching them and how. ;D

Good luck where you're heading for in the game by the way, @BCBUD
Stretch my feet never, however walking will naturally do this.
The ankles yes, but not the feet.
Somehow I knew this thread will be about stretching
You pay more attention to your feet after something in your back folds you up and you trace it back to a cramp or a knot in the sole of your foot that you didn't even know you had.
Rubbish one cannot stretch their soles of the feet. Utter nonsense.

So do you think the hip can be fixed from the ground up?
Do you think doing the reverse would cure a problem? What about cambers on roads when doing road work they must really stuff people up over a few years too if you take the same route every day for many years and one side is down and the other up slightly.
Try getting a foot massage. That's what Ali used to do.
So mollydukers (lefties) if you could run up the figures from somewhere; should be the ones who have more physical problems over longer periods of track work?
Was that just an Aussie term or did you guys use it too? Molly duker? Because back then boys would say put up your dukes for a fight ,It is quiet rude on these days terms, when you break it down from old Aussie slang, it translates into: a queer or gay lefty fighter.:-X
@greynotsoold is going to love that expression.
