Just wondering, feet are probably the most used part of action. They get some hammer, how many on here spend more than 10 minutes after training, stretching them and how.

You pay more attention to your feet after something in your back folds you up and you trace it back to a cramp or a knot in the sole of your foot that you didn't even know you had.
