Who can beat Floyd?

Who can beat Floyd Mayweather?

Ruthless Rocco after he stacks a bunch of ped.

I can't think of anyone from 140-147 who I would favor to beat Floyd, and that includes Pacquiao.

Shawn Porter would beat his ass IMO.

I disagree, I think Manny will show stuff Floyd he hasn't seen in a while. Floyd handled Maidana easily in the rematch but in the first one he struggled with the constant pressure. Manny would not be swinging at air like most of Floyd's opponents. Floyd is an absolutely amazing boxer but Floyd hasn't faced a Manny. It would be such a tough fight for Floyd he would actually have to fight in round twelve instead of getting on the Floyd fag bike. Manny would win convincingly and than lose it on the cards. They will have a second fight which Floyd would look much better in but he will still lose and win on the cards. He will then retire 51-0 wearing the ATG hat, speaking highly of himself but being ridiculed the rest of his life for his two losing wins. Watching the troubles Floyd had with Maidana over two fights combined with Floyds overall demeanor of late leads me to believe that he's lost his mojo or an important portion of it. Maybe a Manny fight is exactly what he needs but I think he runs the risk presently of getting beat by somebody who could not touch him a year ago.

Khan certainly has a shot, if that fight happens in May it's all risk no reward IMO

Yup, need to see where Porters going to go. Watching the Paulie fight I thought something special might be coming but then the Brook fight put things in perspective. Porter may have a very good future but you can't say his name and Floyd in the same sentence.

To me it comes to styles, not who is better. Matthysse could have a style that is a little more similar to maidana and could make Floyd uncomfortable. Garcia really doesn't have anything in particular to trouble him with.

Well he's also got a world class jab with bite and you need one of those. He moves well and does not plod in and rinse and repeat. He's got a solid hook and good feet. I think he'd be the most difficult style Floyd has faced in years, maybe ever. Floyd has fought guys that suited his shell D 95% of the time. I honestly dont know at this point. Floyd does not look well and I cant stress that enough. Others must see the same thing because now the Arabs are getting involved in the bidding wars for "the fight"

I dont think Kahn can do to Floyd what he did all around Zab; (wear him down from a distance). Nice liver shot finish though. Zab wanted out, he was mentally beaten and mia from that fight already. Floyd know Kahns weakness too, its not the same the other way around.
Comparable but different game.

I agree, there is always an 'if' floating around Khan, 'if' Garcia can get to Khan then Floyd would probably maul him. Having said that, I do think Floyd has slipped a little and that could help Khan keep his head in the fight.

Manny hasnt faced a floyd BUT he still gets knocked out by a marquez.

Mike Tyson had a perfect record. He lost to Douglas who had multiple losses, at least one a stoppage loss. floyd is the favorite, no doubt about it. That being said, you're kidding yourself if you say Manny has no chance. And if you do say that, why should Floyd bother fighting again? Manny has a better chance than anyone else...

Manny for sure has a chance. I don't think it's as good as people would like to think though, and I don't think it's as good as some of the young guns like Shawn Porter.

Floyd is the overwhelming favorite if he fights Manny, no doubt about this. But Floyd seems to believe that Manny has more chance of winning than most in this forum would believe. Otherwise, he would have moved heaven and earth to make that fight happen. Manny called Floyd out after the Algieri fight and what did Floyd do, post in Instagram the moment that JMM knocked Pacquiao out.
Manny is willing to give in and allow Floyd to have the lion's share of the purse (which I believe is how it should be), Floyd is superior to Manny hence considered to win, Floyd will maintain his 0 loss career with Pacquiao included on his resume and cement his legacy as an ATG. Floyd has the upper hand in the negotiation and it is now up to him. But his silence is deafening.

I think Floyd was always the better fighter between him and Pacquiao.

He has also never fought a top rank fighter since leaving so there are other fighters that missed that chance..it wasnt a happy exit from top rank.

Theres alot that we dont know about this and it all comes back to bob arum.
