Even Dan Rafael who is Arums bucket boy has admitted there is no contract. It's all a big f'n lie. They are still exchanging deal memos which means they are still negotiating. It's not surprising from Bob but I'm disappointed in Manny. To lie over and over to the public on many different programs is shameful.
So if Floyd knew Pac was going to be there and made an effort to be there as well why didn't he bring a contract with him, with all the terms he wants and give it to Pacquiao personally :confused::p

The answer is simple. Just look at the fight closely. Marquez was not taking the role of a counterpuncher in that fight, but an offensive one, stalking Floyd most of the time, the role that is clearly not his forte. Look also what happened when he fought Bradley, another slick, defensive fighter; he stumbles cuz he's not good at running after hit-n-runners. He just fell right into the trap of Mayweather, chasing him instead of waiting for him. But I can sympathize with Marquez cuz waiting for Floyd is a waste of time...Quote:

Well I know I can't convince any of the Floyd fans here so I'll cut it right here. I usually don't discuss hypothetical fights cuz I know I can't back 'em up anyway. The only reason I'm discussing this fight is that I'm pretty optimistic the fight will push through. Usually, I come just before big fights to give my views, right before it happens. I'm not a fanatical fanboy like most, and I even predicted the loss of Pac to Marquez in their third fight and even said that if Pac get careless, he might get knocked by him... So I guess we'll just have to wait for the fight to see what will happen, which I'm very thrilled about at the moment...:cool:

And this isn't a "Pac Fans vs PBF fans" thing either. Mayweather isn't in my top 15 favourite current fighters to be honest. I think he's a scumbag personally. I'm just a realist and have to give the devil his due, Mayweather is the best boxing talent since SRR. People can deny it and make excuses all they want, but at the end of the day Mayweather did it better than almost anyone we've seen in a boxing ring. Pac was a great, great fighter, a true warrior and action fighter who deserves all the respect in the world, but at the end of the day Mayweather was the better fighter.
