Anything between 118 - 110 and 116 - 112 in favour of Mayweather is justifiable.

I'll post this here too, even though Compubox is not used to score fights and doesn't give the the entire picture. It does show that Pacquaio STATISTICALLY had the worst fight of his career. Mayweather out threw him and out landed him just about every round.

Thanks for recognizing that compubox does not tell the real pictures. pac had more power punches than mayweather in terms of effectiveness. It was Pac who was pummeling mayweather on the ropes, not the other way around. If anybody was hurt in that fight, it was clearly mayweather. Did you see the blood in his mouth?

I think you're taking what Floyd Sr said the wrong way though. He wasn't saying "we're losing the fight", he said "they're going to take the fight away from you". He was telling Floyd to be more aggressive because he was afraid that the judges would be swayed by Manny's flurries on the ropes (which were largely ineffective) and the roaring of the crowd whenever Manny did something. Manny has gotten some questionable decisions probably because of that (JMM) and Mayweather has had some close calls by incompetent judging (DLH, Maidana, Canelo).
Nothing Floyd Sr said suggested that he thought Floyd was losing the fight IMO.

It was just the tremendous excitement that was promised the casual fans that really wasn't good for boxing in general. I feel for them. They paid top dollar for a fireworks display. They feel duped and I don't blame them. I really think I got my money's worth watching PPV and I am now excited for Floyd's future specially with him being near that mythical 50 - 0 record. And I guess it's for promotion purposes to cash in on the billed fight of the century for both fighters and their camps/promoters etc to hype it up as much as they did. I was also expecting something more exciting but I don't blame it on any one fighter since we all know Manny struggles against good counter punchers and defensive boxers and we know Floyd is one of the best if not the best defensive fighters out there. We all know this was going to happen but gotta feel sorry for the casual fans who bought into it expecting it to be something else. Honestly I felt this was a blow to boxing just because of the disappointment that casual fans felt. And let's face it there were a lot more of them than boxing fans who watched the fight.Quote:

6-6 even... you can give an extra round to Floyd if you want, but in no way, shape or form was a score anywhere over 115-113 acceptable. 118- 110 was an abomination.
The running accusations are hilarious. Floyd ran for a few seconds at the end of a few rounds because Manny was looking to flurry and steal the round.
You don't get points for running... but you do get points for landing flush jabs and straight right hands. You don't get points for throwing and having your punches miss completely or blocked, which is what Manny did for most of the fight.
