do you find more trouble falling asleep as you get older?
There are times like tonight, 3:19 a.m., I just cannot sleep, I have a slight pinching/stabbing muscle pain in my right side of my back, and its hot and humid for November, its stuffy in here, and I just cant fall asleep. I tried everything, just can't fall asleep and you just know you will feel terrible the next day.

Yes,I'm not even that old. I take sleeping pills sometimes and they help, I also use natural stuff but sleep can be hard to come by.

What makes me jealous I mean downright envy..is being like on a greyhound bus...and five minutes in someone is snoring their arse off.
Others are mad at their snoring- I am in awww...

For sure Brock, it's an awful thing to go through that.
Sleep is so important.
My own strategy, always have on hand zolpidem for when needed. Other times just ensure the body is working and the mind gets rested. Avoid all caffeine, or late night eating. Exercise properly. Start juicing. Read more. Relax more. Don't drink, says him drinking the Max with the hiccups.
If it gets serious, just see a doctor who will sort you out.

Re: do you find more trouble falling asleep as you get older?
I have never slept well and I hate it when I just can not go to sleep for hours and then start nodding off when the wake up alarm sounds. Very frustrating and have a headache all day.

I type this at 3:21am. I fell asleep okay which was rare but woke on hearing a noise and cannot fall back asleep. It sucks.

I will do a 5 am walk after reading my book. I guess I am awake now. Not a busy day so I can muddle through.

I can't eat ice cream or dairy products like I used too...not without the fart-fairy visiting. And U churn out a 1/2 gallon with no issues? Up yours m8.

Also make sure the room is cool. I like the room temperature between 10-15'C. Changing the bedroom has really helped.
