David Haye- Jealous and AFRAID of Anthony Joshua!
If Haye could steal a title away from someone without having to fight Joshua he would. Tony Bellew now David? Really?!
Listen: Haye is a jive-turkey. All of these guys out there he can make a name for himself and fight: Ortiz, Pulev, Jennings, Parker, Ruiz, et al... He chooses a FAT Light Heavyweight that was KNOCKED OUT at Light-Heavy-- albeit against one of the hardest punching men in the division and in boxing period, but KNOCKED OUT nonetheless.
David Haye just talks, talks, talks....

Re: David Haye- Jealous and AFRAID of Anthony Joshua!
David Haye is a cunt.
That is all

Re: David Haye- Jealous and AFRAID of Anthony Joshua!
It is true David Haye is a celebrity boxer who is trying to do the minimal possible work/risk to get the most amount of money and if he happens to get a title along the way then great.
Haye had the cheek to say the AJ v Wlad fight is a mismatch. What a joker.
Eric44 can not keep defending this rubbish.

Re: David Haye- Jealous and AFRAID of Anthony Joshua!
Haye's Bellend jibe during the broadcast was pathetic. Call him what you like when Kugan has a mic in your face but please, have a bit of decency when you're live on air. I loved how Adam Smith kept bringing up Wlad, Haye was squirming like fuck.

Re: David Haye- Jealous and AFRAID of Anthony Joshua!
might as well just started a thread called "Moan like fuck here"
surely Boxing (or any sport) is more enjoyable if you just enjoy it rather than hating on this that and the other all the time
-
Re: David Haye- Jealous and AFRAID of Anthony Joshua!
Milking it for little effort.
Unfortunately I still think he beats AJ if they were to meet today
-
Re: David Haye- Jealous and AFRAID of Anthony Joshua!
Come on now, we all know how this works don't we? David Haye isn't Jealous of Joshua (He praises him up at every opportunity) and he isn't Afraid. Infact he WANTS Joshua. Call Haye what you want, like him or hate him, but all he's interested in is MONEY, the easier the better . He's fighting Bellew because it's more money than he could earn fighting anyone that doesn't present a risk.
It gets him on Matchroom/Sky and builds up the AJ/Haye fight after that whether AJ wins or loses against Wlad.
Haye beats Bellew - He then starts calling out the AJ/ Klit winner and markets it only how he knows how.
Bellew beats Haye - Matchroom can change tack and send Haye into Oblivion.
AJ Beats Wlad - A fight with Haye rightly or wrongly is the next biggest fight out there. More megabucks.
Wlad beats AJ - Wlad would probably retire after that , so I don't really see a rematch although it's possible I suppose. so Maybe Wlad retires, titles are vacant and Matchroom use their clout to make Haye/ AJ a title fight and another massive money fight. even if it's not for a title , it would still be the biggest fight out there for both of them.
These are already done deals. That's why Haye was working for Sky Sports on Saturday , while Bellew (A Matchroom fighter) was working for 5 live. Haye took the Bellew fight on this premise , Bellew - easy money, followed by AJ - Probably getting sparked , but definitely has a punchers chance , and more money than he could earn for fighting anyone else.
whether he deserves it is another question, but this is how it is nowadays.

We enjoy boxing but Haye v Bellew is comical and dragging the sport down to wrestling (WWE).

I disagree. Yes he praises Joshua, but it's through gritted teeth and I think it burns him something chronic that there's a new money getter on the scene. He wants the money that a fight with Joshua brings I don't doubt that for a second. He also really wanted a fight with Wlad, until it actually came down to doing the fighting part.
I think all of this Haye Joshua talk might be wasted anyway. Matchroom will make him earn it by winning a meaningful (title) fight, Im not sure that he can.

Yeah, I always said he had talent....if he only devoted as much time putting that on display rather than his fat fucking mouth

Sky will not make Haye win a title and risk missing out on AJ v Haye PPV fight next autumn. If AJ beats Wlad, he will spark out AJ because he will be the real deal if he beats Wlad. The only person that has a chance of beating AJ is mentally ill and the other injured.

OK a gimp, he seems to roll over to what Eddie (Smirkface you wanna slap) Hearn wants.

Anthony Joshua would beat the hell out of Haye IMO
-
Re: David Haye- Jealous and AFRAID of Anthony Joshua!
I don't get why he keeps saying he has the tools to expose Joshua's vulnerabilities. He would quite literally shit a brick and just stay out of trouble for 12 rounds....or get caught and knocked out. He threw fuck all at Valuev and Wlad because he couldn't deal with their size or reach. He didn't even dare throw anything at Audley for first 2 rounds, everyone was booing. Haye will go where the money is. I'm not sure if he's as skint as Hearn and Bellew are making out, but he definitely wants the most money for the least amount of risk. At this point i'm not sure what he actually has left. It would be good to see him in with a Heavyweight contender to actually gauge which other fights would be worthwhile. A fight with David Price would be decent enough.

Who is that?
Fury and possibly Wilder
-
Re: David Haye- Jealous and AFRAID of Anthony Joshua!
Tyson Fury ain't fighting again....at least not on the level he did 1 singular time.
AJ could very well lose to Wlad. Wlad is a very live underdog....oh the crying that will be all over the forum if THAT upset happens.
Anthony Joshua should go ahead and fight Wilder....but oh well, there goes a missed opportunity.
David Haye is a nobody, he should have fought Briggs or someone who is actually a heavyweight...who fucking cares if Haye fights a blown up cruiserweight? Who cares if Haye faces another nobody.....Haye probably wouldn't even fight David Price at this point.

And he's that bad I got a flyer from him today offering to decorate my lounge or cut my grass, following his piss poor performances against Vlauev and Vlad he is a broken man, you are quite right in your analysis.

Haye beats his ex sparring partner Wilder any day of any week, just depends if he wants the money and whats at stake. If Brit promoters are dumb enough to give him big money for fighting Bellend then why refuse it? He got it for Macaroni, Harrison and Chisora, all of whom he humiliated.

There's 0 chance of Haye fighting Wilder and there's even less chance of him beating Wilder.
-
Re: David Haye- Jealous and AFRAID of Anthony Joshua!
I think Haye does not really want to face the super big heavyweights, they are too good for him and if he can keep fighting these smaller heavyweights for big money then Haye is content.
You can not take David Haye seriously as a heavyweight, his comeback has been a joke.

I'd even bet that it doesn't come off.
But if it DOES come off I'll only accept a victory if Wilder stops Haye

Re: David Haye- Jealous and AFRAID of Anthony Joshua!
Anthony Joshua has brushed aside David Haye's suggestion that he has picked the opportune time to take advantage of Wladimir Klitschko's age.
Haye, an interested spectator on Saturday night as Joshua defeated Eric Molina then confirmed a Sky Sports Box Office showdown against Klitschko, immediately predicted that "perfect timing" meant the younger champion would win.
"David Haye says a lot of things," laughed Joshua, speaking at Wembley Stadium.
"If I fought Klitschko on December 10, it would have been the perfect time, now April 29 is the perfect time, and if it wouldn't have happened then, then later on will be the perfect time.
"I understand where he's coming from, but it doesn't matter when I fight. It has to be the perfect time because I've taken the challenge."
Haye, who lost a world heavyweight title unifier against Klitschko five-and-a-half years ago, had expressed concern that the veteran Ukrainian's skills have diminished.
"By the time the fight happens, he will be 41 years of age, and he will have been pretty much 18 months out of the ring," Haye said last week.
"It's terrible preparation to fight someone so young and someone who has been fighting so regularly.
"You can only go by current form and in the last fight he had against Tyson Fury, he refused to let his hands go. He couldn't pull the trigger."
Before Joshua puts his IBF belt on the line against Klitschko on April 29 at Wembley, Haye will face Tony Bellew live on Sky Sports Box Office on March 4.
Joshua laughs off Haye jibe
