Come on now, we all know how this works don't we? David Haye isn't Jealous of Joshua (He praises him up at every opportunity) and he isn't Afraid. Infact he WANTS Joshua. Call Haye what you want, like him or hate him, but all he's interested in is MONEY, the easier the better . He's fighting Bellew because it's more money than he could earn fighting anyone that doesn't present a risk.
It gets him on Matchroom/Sky and builds up the AJ/Haye fight after that whether AJ wins or loses against Wlad.
Haye beats Bellew - He then starts calling out the AJ/ Klit winner and markets it only how he knows how.
Bellew beats Haye - Matchroom can change tack and send Haye into Oblivion.
AJ Beats Wlad - A fight with Haye rightly or wrongly is the next biggest fight out there. More megabucks.
Wlad beats AJ - Wlad would probably retire after that , so I don't really see a rematch although it's possible I suppose. so Maybe Wlad retires, titles are vacant and Matchroom use their clout to make Haye/ AJ a title fight and another massive money fight. even if it's not for a title , it would still be the biggest fight out there for both of them.
These are already done deals. That's why Haye was working for Sky Sports on Saturday , while Bellew (A Matchroom fighter) was working for 5 live. Haye took the Bellew fight on this premise , Bellew - easy money, followed by AJ - Probably getting sparked , but definitely has a punchers chance , and more money than he could earn for fighting anyone else.
whether he deserves it is another question, but this is how it is nowadays.

I disagree. Yes he praises Joshua, but it's through gritted teeth and I think it burns him something chronic that there's a new money getter on the scene. He wants the money that a fight with Joshua brings I don't doubt that for a second. He also really wanted a fight with Wlad, until it actually came down to doing the fighting part.

I think all of this Haye Joshua talk might be wasted anyway. Matchroom will make him earn it by winning a meaningful (title) fight, Im not sure that he can.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

Sky will not make Haye win a title and risk missing out on AJ v Haye PPV fight next autumn. If AJ beats Wlad, he will spark out AJ because he will be the real deal if he beats Wlad. The only person that has a chance of beating AJ is mentally ill and the other injured.

Tyson Fury ain't fighting again....at least not on the level he did 1 singular time.

AJ could very well lose to Wlad. Wlad is a very live underdog....oh the crying that will be all over the forum if THAT upset happens.

Anthony Joshua should go ahead and fight Wilder....but oh well, there goes a missed opportunity.

David Haye is a nobody, he should have fought Briggs or someone who is actually a heavyweight...who fucking cares if Haye fights a blown up cruiserweight? Who cares if Haye faces another nobody.....Haye probably wouldn't even fight David Price at this point.

Haye beats his ex sparring partner Wilder any day of any week, just depends if he wants the money and whats at stake. If Brit promoters are dumb enough to give him big money for fighting Bellend then why refuse it? He got it for Macaroni, Harrison and Chisora, all of whom he humiliated.
