I saw that this morning, working in bodily injury claims i know that the dude could get fucking thousands in compensation regardless of the of tv footage showing that he was fine.

@Batman I would think if the bus was operated by a municipality they would even get more. Some injuries are funny, right after the accident you feel alright, the next day you try to get out of bed to find you can't move and have excruciating pain.
