Re: Anthony Joshua v Kubrat Pulev 28 October 2017
Funny to hear "Haye needs to fight a top 5 heavyweight", Wlad was the only top 5 heavyweight he ever fought. He's going to start now? Nope
Re: Anthony Joshua v Kubrat Pulev 28 October 2017
Pulev ain't to bad after Wlad retiring. I see Pulev having fleeting moments of success before AJ catches him with something big. If Pulev looks to survive it may go late. If Pulev tries to fight AJ on the inside I don't see it going past 4.

Not that I want to defend Haye, but I am sure Valuev and maybe at a stretch Ruiz were top 5 in their day.
Re: Anthony Joshua v Kubrat Pulev 28 October 2017
Haye doesn't need to fight anyone if AJ agrees to fight him
and its big money so theres a possibility
itd be bigger if he beat bellew in a rematch mind

Would it? Haye is going to try and sell the AJ fight on his past performances and will conveniently for get the Bellew fight.

Most people think that Holyfield did enough to beat Valuev
But he was probably ranked in the top five when Haye beat him.
Ruiz was 3-3 in his last six fights coming in against Haye
So he certainly wasn’t top five. Barrett was also 3-3 in his last six
And Chisora was 1-3 in his last four!

I did say at a stretch. :)
Although I do believe Ruiz genuinely believed he could beat Haye as he came at a career low weight which showed he was motivated to beat what he must have believed was a blown up cruiserweight. That idea went all to pot when he was knocked down in the first round.

Ruiz is famous for losing his title to a middleweight.
I loved his fight with Tua though ;D

maybe maybe not
either way its a big earner for both so its load of rubbish when people saying Haye needs to do this and he needs to do that :)

This is an easy fight for AJ now, Haye would lose within a couple of rounds now. Haye has also done nothing to deserve the fight. AJ should not give Haye the time.
Re: Anthony Joshua v Kubrat Pulev 28 October 2017
This'll last a few rounds (5 tops) until AJ destroys him.
Then AJ will destroy Wilder and after that and unless Furys about there really isn't any sort of test for AJ unless a Whyte rematch happens.
Pulev is an easy nights work
Re: Anthony Joshua v Kubrat Pulev 28 October 2017
80,000 to see this fight. AJ is getting a bit popular.

This only equals his record. Froch would be very upset if it was beaten.

What? Do AJ destroys Wilder but gets tested by Whyte
Wilder would fucking destroy Whyte inside six rounds!
Seriously Whyte is a bum who barely got past Chisora.
I give Wilder a good chance against Joshua
Whyte is European level at best (probably British level really)

Yeah Haye wouldn’t go past the third round with AJ
Deep down I think he knows that but wants the payday.
Haye doesn’t deserve it and shouldn’t get it
He’s already been gifted a bunch of big fights.

Big heavyweight who can punch and looks the part (well-muscled)
The ladies love him and casuals love a knockout so it’s not surprise.
