Well, back in December I injured my right shoulder wrestling. It was fucked up kind of bad then, I wasn't able to wrestle for a few days, but I was back by the next weekend(which actually kind of rushed it a little bit, I wasn't really 100% but I was able to wrestle)
Anyways. After a few weeks the pain went away almost completely. But since wrestling has been over(2 months almost) I've noticed it hurting more. Not all the time, just sometimes if I reach across my body, like to scratch my left shoulder blade, and sometimes if I make sudden movements it hurts pretty bad for a few seconds.
My question is, will this pain be pretty constant while boxing(I haven't started training yet, I will next week when I get back from spring break)? I know it's hard to tell without knowing exactly what causes me pain and how I injured it, etc., but in general, will it cause me a lot of pain and/or restrict me training?
It's been almost 4 months since I've injured it and it still hurts at times. Is there any way to help it heal? Is it too late for heat and/or ice? Should I see a doctor?
