That's a strange question. Is this for roadwork/running? Run in a rainstorm and H2O will get your clothes heavy fast. What would you need it for?

hi, thanks for your replies.. i will make it more clear.

i want to find a solution on how i can make a clothe/fabric heavy. (putting some chemicals or likewise), then i will do it in wrist bands and leg bands, in that case no one will notice that im wearing a wrist/ankle weights. i want to put it in wrist bands so that my attire will not be ridiculous. because using those wrist/ankle weights that you can buy, is big enough to be notice.

    What's the point?

There's no solution that you can add to your clothes to make them heavier. On the other you can get weighted vest/shorts that are reasonably inconspicuous. They make use of small metal plates. You can see an example of what I'm talking about here: http://www.nyknyc.com/

You add some extra pockets through a tailor or do your self by which you can add a few pounds of weight.

Seriously now, itt would be better to just put aside some time so you can exercise, that'll help you more than walking around with a few extra pounds everyday.

hi, my point for putting weights in my legs and wrist for my daily living, is to get used to it, so that if i removed it then i will have different feelings and will feel so light that i can move much faster than before.. anyway, i guess its really impossible to do that... but thanks for your replies guys... cheers!

You're not going to get any benifit out of that alone. Wearing them isn't going to make you faster than before. What you get is a short-lived feeling that doesn't actually amount to anything. If you want that just throw a few punches with a dumbell, has your handspeed improved? No but your hands will feel lighter for minute. You can get the same feeling putting on a pair of ankle weights and doing 5 minutes on a threadmill. Is there any benifit of wearing weights on your daily living, none.

If you want to feel light on your feet or faster you gotta train, there's no way around that.

hi, to point out my daily living, so that you can know why i want it...

i have a downhill and uphill walks from my home to office... im doing it everyday.. (aprrox. 2 kms mix with down and uphills). so using weights while moving on those kind of terrain will not be beneficial? i doubt it...

and also, everyday, i need to go to the 10-11th floor without elevator/escalator (just by stairs) ... so still not beneficial?
    i doubt it again...

anyway thanks again to your replies guys.

    cheers!

    PS:
if you cant answer my question in the first post, Please dont reply here, because each time i checked my mail i only got disappointed.

lol, that'd work, the clothes might amount to a couple pounds. I think walking with a handful of loose change in your pockets, + some heavy shoes/clothes might give him all the extra weight he's looking for.

Look pogi, you posted your question in the wrong place. No offense but what you're asking is nonsense, you're better off finding time for fitness than this ridiculous persuit. You can't tell people to give you the answer you're looking for when what asking is a joke.

If I were you I'd spend as much time as I could spare on some exercises instead of thinking that walking up up the stairs a pound heavier is going to make me feel lighter. Anyways sorry to disappoint you.

    Look chris,

that's why i asked if THERE IS something, and for all other things you mentioned, its just like you're talking big... i dont care about anything i just want the question to be answered directly... but as i said on my previous post, "i guess its really impossible to do that... but thanks for your replies guys... cheers!".

I need an answer not some comments. that's why it is labeled a "Q:" meaning its a question.

Well I normally try to puff up my chest when I type on my keyboard, thanks for noticing.

We read your question answered it in the best ways, perhaps it would have been better slap you just for coming up with something like that. Instead we mentioned good alternatives, EXERCISE *cough-cought* can I repeat that, and we even indulged in your fantasy.

As it turns out you're hard to please and to make things worse you get a stick in your butt when you don't get exactly what you're asking for.

And out of nowhere a hail marry comes along from Lord's Gym that hits your question right on the button. Man you need to ease up. We'd buy you a beer, maybe you could pour it on your clothes for the extra weight.

Anyways if it is really a question and not a rhetorical at that, why not include a question mark like this "?" Someone might think that "Q" stands for "Quip"

Anyways no hard feelings, none of us forum goers no what it's like when we have serious questions to be answered.

you know man, you answered nothing, except for giving some comments, as i said i want answer and i dont want some comments, i dont expect someone to answer it but putting comments on it without actually knowing on how it goes,,,, its a show off...

btw, if you havent read the first post, and just read the title, then you dont know what you're doing... so no one will misunderstood it except for u....
