Well I havn't began boxing but soon I hope I will but for right now I am getting into tip top shape just started a few weeks back. I am 17 5'10'' 195lbs and i know I am a little stout dude I have been told over and over but im really quick and strong for my size.....anyway my question is what kind of jump rope routines can i do? I love jump roping one of my favorite exercises i do and I can do the standard feet together, one leg (left or right) and I also can alternate between one leg which btw took me forever to get down. I am just look for things that beginning boxers or even pro boxer do with their jump rope any help will be mucho appreciated. - Adam
