Fight guy's who train in the morge.Ok it's just like every other division when the oppenent's aren't as well as others are. It's always a question we ask ourselves "Who did he fight".Well I can think of a million and half of fights were people have said this and the fighter with unknown's on his resume won.Lately Pavlik vs Taylor.Who did Pavlik fight no one but in the ring looked every part bit better than Taylor then stopped him.Point being Calzaghe is a champion and has beaten everyone he had to to get to the top.

This is a funny thread. But the opinion above is drivel. Calzaghe has beaten a list of very credible opponents. Not a non stop list of ATG's but no resume has that. Calzaghe has done what he can with what has been offered and keeps doing it. End of.

A funny post Boston. Its amazing how the media can manipulate us into thinking calzaghe was actually fighting without cheating.....the airbrushing and effects that HBO and sky must have been using have sure fooled me all these years lol

No im with you miles mate, calzaghes record is impressive now and can become very impressive if he does what i think hes capable of over the next year.

Dark Lord AI, your british? A hatton fan? Im suprised at your lack of respect for calzaghe, if you were amercian then perhaps i would understand but surely you have seen him fight a few times to realise hes a very good fighter....perhaps the best british fighter of all time?

No i wasnt questioning your favoritism, just whether or not you were british because then you would have heard of him and seen his fights over the years to realise that hes very good. I asked if you were a hatton fan because i wouldnt say his opposition has been any particularly better, certainly up until mayweather.

if you're a boxing fan and you haven't heard of calzaghe or "seen his fights over the years to realize that he's very good" then you're not a boxing fan..

i think dark lord al has seen some calzaghe fights.. just taking a guess here.
