Somehow this week I just became a co-promoter for the female middleweight title of the world.

And no I aint telling you who the principles are,but I will say,I have not an inkling of a clue who's going to win it,and since Im doing all the leg work,Id know more then anybody else,either or could walk with the belt.

The funniest part,is its the money thats having a conniption,Im pretty sure if I set up a ring in front of my house,those girls would fight for free.
Personal,if I wasnt getting in for free,and my bank account had damned well be swelling from it,Id pay serious money to watch the whole card myself.

I throw everyone off in this business,because I dont need to be in it. I could quit the entire mess tomorrow, it wouldnt take away my home, it wouldnt take away the Jeep and the Ranger, it wouldnt take away buttkiss. I mainly do it to make sure the fighters get paid.

This makes me an unstable anomaly in this sport,but to hell with it, as long as the fighters get paid. Im retired,Im not getting my head caved in,they are. They should be getting paid for it.

Yeah nothing says faggy comfort like 10 feet of fiberglass shoved down your throat,except maybe 7 feet of unpadded rattan hitting you over the head.
Your right what could be queerer then hitting someone in the head hard enough to dent 12 guage steel.
I mean short of firearms.
I mean football,thats manly,played it from 8 until I left highschool,tore havoc to my knees,but it wasnt nearly faggy enough,so I found something where I could get my ribs,wrist and both ankles exploded. And since that wasnt O Fe enough I also made sure that one of my faggy friends hit me hard enough to permanently damage one of the nerves in my back.
Eventually I decided I wasnt queer enough for that faggy lifestyle,and decided to go back in to boxing,which was signifigantly safer.

I know,I know,but there are a couple of groups that youd think we're doing the same thing,that honestly are kind of faggy.
How I got involved with it was the following
"Ok let me get this right,I get to hit someone as hard as I can with a large stick?"
"Right"
"And nobody calls the cops?"

"Where do I sign up for this?"

And No-S,Boxing/Martial Arts is WAY safer,in the 30 years Ive been involved in those Ive gotten concussed a few times,my nose broken a few times,not really major league big problems.
OK there was the one belt test that ended with my hand in a bucket of ice water for a very long time because I muffed a down block.
The SCA,can be hell on earth some days.
Your wearing close to 70 pounds of steel and leather,and your fighting every weekend like I was,theres something red oozing out of the cracks in the steel,and it aint Kool Aid. And then theres the armor bites,when its a hundred degrees,and sweat is pouring in to what is an open infected wound,you notice that.
Boxing the worst thing that happens,you take two months off to contemplate the error of your ways.
My wifes parents are all upset she's involved in boxing,I find myself constantly chuckling,thinking,"She fought SCA for well over a decade,do you have an idea how much safer boxing is?"
No ref on earth would allow you to continue with a broken wrist,in the SCA, I got away with,"Screw it, Ill fight left handed"
