Take the biggest dose after you workout mate. Your cells are more receptive to nutrients after exercise so the uptake is greater. Take it everyday and try to split the dose up as small as possible. For example if you were taking 5grams per day try to split it into 2 tabs morning, 1 tab pre-workout and 3 tabs post-workout. You want to be taking the majority when your cells are most receptive to nutrients and those times are

I'm guessing the tabs are 500mg? Don't worry too much about a loading phase as it's not really necessary. Drink plenty of water and cycle off every couple of months. You should get some decent results.
