It should say, I've never supplimented the creatine in my diet, get it all from food so I wouldn't feel confident telling you what to takes with out having the experience myself.

I researched it for a little unit in college, I got a lot of my info off this site:
    http://www.absolute-creatine.com/

Seems impartial, they have nothing to gain from telling you to over use the stuff (they don't sell it so they won't profit from you guzzling down stupid amounts of it)

There are different types of creatine and the manufacter's all charge different... you generally get what you pay for... some of it is not very pure creatine. (so I hear... I know this is true... I just don't know what else is in it if it isn't creatine...)

sure you'll get 'size' but what's that good for?

How has your strength increased? Most people who eat a lot of meat get so little of a performance increase that it's not worth the money what so ever.

I did a course of creatine a few yrs back and most the muscle size gained, is water and will be lost when your creatine cycle ends. There can also be some side effects that would affect ur training.
Do as adam says an get what you need from a healthy balanced diet.
    cc Adam.

no, I mean if ou eat a fair amount of meat then the benefits of creatine supplimentation are so small it's not worth the money for suppliments

creatine itself isnt actually a muscle building compund, it allows for increased ATP (energy) to your muslces. it aids in very hard excersize, allowing you togo for longer. using creatine and doing the same workout at before will result in no addition muscle gain, all it does it help you do more
it is true that part of the process of creatine working involves water transport to your muscles, giving you that "fuller" look. however the increase of water means you need to drink more, and youll gain weight... something that boxers arent keen on atall.
the reason some creatine costs more than others is because of the actual type of creatine. you can get creatine monohydrate, creatine esthyl ether and many more. each have slightly different ways of working, creatine esthyl ether (CEE) for instance is a faster acting form of creatine, and therefore the endurance gains kick in quicker... so its more expensive.

important for boxers: creatine mainly effects you when your going all out. im talking when your hitting as hard and as fast as you can, or when your almost at breaking point during those pressups. it wont help you when you go jogging, or if your just lightly shadow boxing.

when your on creatine remember: you must drink alot of water for it to work.
creatine must be cycled. you take 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off, otherwise your body gets used to it, and the effects wear off significantly. in the first 5 days you might want to take higher doses (if you think its safe) as it forces your liver to accept it, and your body to use it.

you shouldnt be using these things if your 16, and even then id reccomend 18+

my brother wrote this information, hes a boxer, but also a bodybuilder and has been using creating and other supplements for ages, if you have any questions PM me and hell try and help. hes a biology student and knows alot about nutrition, fitness and body development!
