Youre not going to believe this, Ive never given it a thought.Then on asking the question to myself, I was always Fit. From being a kid I climbed, and the hard bit for me was in the early days was the walkin to where we were Climbing,with a Pack on our backs.Eventually we ran up Hills to get where we were going. It got where our Fitness levels were very good, in fact you got your 2nd wind and it felt better than sex
. I know when they tested me with a Vo2 test my Heart could work at 120 for a very long period, my resting pulse was35. I suppose the fitter you are the less stress there is, the more you can enjoy. Love to hear others thoughts on the subject interesting.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....
