Can I make a gif. my sig and if so how?

I tried to just copy the url address, but it says it's too big. I'm trying to find a smaller version, but I cant seem to find one.

It gives you short url's. If you are uploading a gif, make sure that before you browse your computer to grab the gif from your computer, change the "file type" by clicking "video", otherwise it won't work.

I meant to say that the file was too big, not the url. Do you know of anyway I can shrink the size of the gif?

If so, don't. Go above it and post it as an image in Edit Signature box, like I have below.

Still doesn't want to work for some reason, probably my own technological incompetence.

Here, I downloaded it for you. Copy and paste the below link into the Edit Signature box (the section that looks like a place you would type a post), but before you click on "save signature", take out the asterisks before and after the actual url. I had to put them there in order for you to see the link, otherwise you would just see the gif again.
