Default Tysons, Mayweathers, And Pacquiano Boxing Training Routines?

So I been looking online and have found different versions with some being fake and was wondering if anyone knew of their routiunes as Im looking to gear one towards myself as I started myself. This is what I was thinking of doing as my weight training gym has some stuff in their cardio room.

    5 minutes shadowboxing
    10 minutes skipping rope
    10 minutes speed bag
    10 minutes slip bag
    10 minutes heavy bag
sparring with friends (not at same time though as they dont go to my gym)
5 minutes shadowboxing to end it.

    Try the Stick Training...

It builds higher threshold for pain. Atleast that's according to team pac.

Its a form of Plyometrics, better done with 2 sticks.

You mean have two people hit you with sticks at same time?

    Lol!

I think one stick is enough. As you can see on youtube, they're applying controlled pressure on different spots of the body.

I would consult my doctor first before I do that kind of training. You will need a certified conditioning coach.

I found it best with 2 Table Tennis Bats, its old hat. Been around years, just need a bit of commonsense. Based on the Bodys reaction to Feel, Helps Speed.

My personal suggestion would be to cut the speed bag, and allocate more time to shadow boxing and heavybag.

if you really really, enjoy the speed bag, do it every other day or something... From what I've read, other than a bit of help with hand eye co-ordination, it doesn't really do much.. You may be better off using a floor to ceiling bag if ones available to you.

I read the speed bag is best for speed. Anyway I have a few questions. When I start off my shadow boxing should I be going slow for technique or fast as I can to work on the snap and should I move around or just do left jab right cross combo? Also for heavy bag should I be trying to go as fast as possible until I cant physically do more? With sparring and all the training how good will I be in a month compared to a normal person who doesnt train?

Some of the more experienced members may be able to shed some more light on this subject. From what I've read and understood, it may have it's uses but its not 'the best for speed.'

I may be wrong though.. I'm in the process of studying the sweet science myself soo i'm by no means an expert.... maybe Scrap or Fran may be able to help you out with that one.

I would say start off slow and really focus on you technique. No point doing something really fast, if ur doing it wrong. Also I would suggest allotting time to independent techniques, spend a few minutes just moving around the ring then stand infront of the mirror and practice throwing each individual punch, keeping your technique in mind. Then start putting it all together. Start off slow and slowly increase your speed. If you notice your technique getting sloppy while speeding up, slow it down again right away and correct your mistakes.

technique, technique, technique... what you're suggesting will help your conditioning, but if u hit the heavy bag like a wild man, you'll greatly increase your chances of getting injured. Once your technique starts sharpening up, u can speed it up and building your conditioning

Not sure how your gym works, but from my understanding, most coaches wont let you get in their and spar without learning the basic fundamentals, which can take some time to be honest.
