Mayweather's program gives me the right to add "pretty" to my name.
This is a double post and I've already given plenty 'serious' attention to that one.
Now if you're looking for attention, then you are the one that needs help. I'd advise the Mayweather System. Who knows, you might find this GREAT tingling sensation as you'll one day be able to call yourself pretty.![]()

Everyone has failed to mentioned he centres his training around the AbFlex Pro 3000... Man than thing gets you in shape, and forget the TINGLE, go for the BURN...
I havn't seen the other of the double post but i'll post my small bit of advice here.... Mayweather does a LOTTT of stretching.... He is flexible like a gymnist which would help a LOT towards his speed and agility... If you can't think of any other ways to make yourself quicker, become more flexible...

It's not so much a range of motion that makes a big difference, it's being loose when you throw a punch. Most people that aren't conditioned for a particular movement end up working harder at in the beginning because the muscles are working against each other. Natural athlete's don't have this difficulty as the movements are not hindered by any strain.
Another important aspect of speed is economy of motion (i.e.: good form and good coordination) which comes from practice.
Floyd is pretty sharp like his fight against Zab Judah he showed us that it isn't the fastest punch that counts, it's the one that gets there first. His timing is pretty good in that respect.

If only "Matrix style" you could take a disk of Floyds boxing skills and slip it into your system.... That'd be fun...!
Minus the attitude of course... I'm positive that is not essential to his skills. But he drags it along anyway.

Whatever works for him, I guess everybody needs their own pep-talk.
As for skills are concerned, anybody can tell you, "The sooner you learn something, the better."
