I dont think he can be called chinny anymore. He got caught a lot and didnt go down. Sure he ran but other fighters who would of caught the same punches would of gone down right away.
You have a point about comparing Khan to Wlad but who wouldnt have gotten rock from those shots? Khan stayed up, IMO thats an accomplisment. Not only that he also put on a beating on Maidana and actually won the bout.
He is chinny he was rocked with every flush shot, its just he's got alot of spirit and a good heart. Which he's always showed, but that don't change the fact that he's chinny, you can't suddenly get a better chin Rain's he will always be chinny.
Its just he's learned how to survive better, which is good for him. Terry Norris also learned this and also learned how to become a better cautious boxer.
Both men are similar in that department, but Terry Norris is still a class above Amir Khan. And Amir Khan need's to not waste so much energy. And he needs to be able to fight a smart fight for 12 rounds. Not keep losing his concentration every time he gets hit flush. Because that will lead him to getting KO'ed.
In truth Amir Khan showed alot of bottle to stay up, but Marcos Maidana should of had him out of there. Its just he smothered his work, Amir Khan had no legs for literally most of the later rounds.
