You need to not only build up your abs but also lose the fat around your midsection, something like sub 10% bf to see them without tensing them or something like that. Just run every morning/ night, cut 500 calories from your diet a day (make you lose 1 pound of fat a week) and assult your abs with crunches, situps, V-ups, etc.

Visit http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/abs.html for bulk information, he has a load of exercises/ videos to look at and its free.

Go to he pub. Hee Hee.

Seriously. Sit ups, crunches etc combined with a good diet and plenty of cardio work. The key is consistency tho. Keep it up regularly and you'll be fine. Unless you want body building type ab's then i can't say as i've never done that. Some people do heaps of ab work and it doesnt look so good even though it is tough. Umm..... Say I look at Sam Soliman and Sakio Bika from the contender they both have a very high level of commitment and work heavilly on the ab's. Bika looks different from Soliman though. Bika is more defined and may be due to body type. I guess it depends what you are after.

Try weighted ab exercises such as medicine ball drills, ab wheel and resistance bands your core will become unbeliveably strong from these. Also just practise the depsey roll that will work your core over, especially if you do it with weights/ medicine ball in your hands, work your shoulders as well as increasing the insensity of the exercise.

Six pack is made in the kitchen not in the gym so they say.

But anyway its alot of hard work i didn't have to lose much bodyfat to get six pack because i was already slim.

But you need to go on a diet and if you have to have fatty foods from time to time make sure its good fat like fish ect.

Bicycle crunches are 200 percent or 250 percent more effective than normal crunches so make sure you do them just type bicycle crunches in google and your find a video explaining how to do it, you also need to do your lower abs basically laying flat down on your back with your legs straight and raising them off the floor about 14 or 12 inches then lowering them so your feet are almost touching the floor and repeat etc.

Also a stability ball would do you good there very cheap and you can do so many ab workouts on that its amazing. Make sure you also do your cardio atleast 30 mins a day like running, skipping etc and then you should be on your way it could take 2 months like it did with me, or it could take longer depends on the person but good luck anyway bro.

One thing that worked for me, is increasing the sheer size of the abdominal muscles. Kneeling with a pull down bar is good, weighted sit ups (although you must be careful to not damage the floating ribs and a medicine ball were all useful.

    Sprinting plain and simple.

100m, 200m what ever you can handle. Flat out top speed running will help strengthen your stomach.

True fast sprinting actually does work your stomach, thats why a lot of athletes have six packs naturally, thats one of the methods i used for getting a six pack.

Crunches will work faster then situps....don't forget to do reps where you twist to one side or the other....do free hang crunches ( off the ring apron)...

Don't forget to do hanging leg lifts for the lower abs

Very low body fat is the only way to have a 6 pack IMO.

When boxing in the army we did 1000 of sit ups a week and I still did not have a 6 pack coz I was a bit of a porker.LOL
