Who you guy's picking? Not the best card but there are some interesting fights. I'm looking forward to the headliner. Not got a clue who wins it though. Logic say's Machida but Mousasi is technically pretty sound.

Is Mousasi the suplex guy?
Nevermind....yeah Machida has this
It's a tough one to call. Machida is obviously very tricky, but a lot of people don't understand how much of a beast Mousasi is standing. He was an amateur boxing champ, and he's actually fought in k-1 (which was a showcase of the best strikers in the world, a level of striking far superior to MMA) and he did well, 2-0. He beat the shit out of Musashi and Kyotaro, two super legit kickboxers.
yeah hard to say as I have not seen Mousasi fight in a while but the talent is definitely there from what I remember.....hell, why not, I'll say Mousasi in an slight upset that will be made out to be a huge upset. Gegard by sub rd 4?
If you think you can......you can, if you think you can't .......you're right!
Mousasi is often lazy and uninterested in his fights.
Machida is more proven and consistent, bigger as well.
I'll pick Machida.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
Can't say I'm shocked by the result. I don't know why Mousasi abandoned his leg kicking after the second round. He really hurt Machida with a lead leg kick (enough to make Machida switch legs and retreat awkwardly) which I thought would have been a momentum changer, but then he just went back to plodding forward with punches.
Mousasi is a strange one but at 28 he's young and still got plenty of time to put it all together. He does seem disinterested and passionless at time. I actually had it 3-2 machida, mousasi just had to turn it up a notch and he could have got it but he seemed content. You are right he took the second round pretty clearly mostly on those leg kicks and then went back to just jabbing. Either way no shame in loosing to machida and not like he got embarassed
