    Default Shifty weight

    Is it me or does weight seem to shift about alot?

    I weighed myself last week first thing in the morning and weighed 138 then the day after first thing in the morning i was 133

    This weekend after watching the hatton fight drinking and eating lots im 144 first thing in the morning. i reckon it will take 2 days to get back to 133 if i keep up my jogging and skipping. Even thats not much of a workout.

    does anyone elses weight shift about alot as well?

    Mine does, quiet a bit. I weigh myself once every two days, and everytime i weigh myself, I skip from the 185 range to the 195 range, then back down, then once I went all the weigh down to 178... it may be because our bowels? And how full our stomach, intestines and organs are.

    I find that rapid weight changes are due to the amount of fluid and food I consumed the day before. Dont confuse this with actual body mass. The past few weeks I've taken to weighing myself many times a day to study this. I wake up in the morning around 133. Take a piss, down to 132. Go eat breakfast, 134. By the end of a day of eating and drinking properly, I might be 4 pounds heavier than when I woke up. Throw in a good run in there somewhere, and the daily fluctuation is even greater, due to fluid loss. Though the numbers fluctuate, I am still able to get a decent idea of what my actual weight is due to body mass. Before I started eating correctly and lifting weights, I was fluctuating between 129 morning and around 133 by the end of the day. After a few weeks, it was between 133 in the morning and around 136 or 137 at the end of the day. Even managed to reach 140 one day (which in my case, absolutly amazes me lol). Try the weighing yourself a couple times a day thing, after meals, after taking a piss etc etc etc and you'll get a much better understanding of how your body consumes and processes food and drink. Not that you can really apply the knowlege to anything useful, but its interesting, you learn a lot about your own body.

    mine ranges from 81kg to 84kg... depends on how much you've drank, sweated, eaten, pissed and shit...
