Is it me or does weight seem to shift about alot?

I weighed myself last week first thing in the morning and weighed 138 then the day after first thing in the morning i was 133

This weekend after watching the hatton fight drinking and eating lots im 144 first thing in the morning. i reckon it will take 2 days to get back to 133 if i keep up my jogging and skipping. Even thats not much of a workout.

does anyone elses weight shift about alot as well?
