On a side note...I absolutely HATE the production...these guys are hyping it like human cockfighting, from everything I've seen before and up to today. Bad for the sport (if only people had actually heard of the company, that is). Also, tiny freakin cage....not a fan of that.

But yeah I guess Mercer was full of it about training for weeks on his ground game. He had about as much ground game as a corpse.

With alot of mma orgs popping up, it is starting to make the thing kinda wwe-ish. Atleast dana white hasn't staged his own death by blowing up his limo yet but i'm sure when the numbers start to drop he'll consider it. I don't think its human cockfighting at all (if they actually hyped up the fight that it was all ig otta say is wow) in fact im on the other side of the argument where I think its not as physically demanding (less injuries, less deaths, less overall match lengths supports this) and people that compete in it should not be worshipped on the same pedestal as those that do pure combat sports, but thats just me. Tiny cage = less running away probably works better than a big one entertainment wise.
