Just to show how a champ can work with a novice and bring him on. its not all about having wars all the time the novice has had 6 amatuer fights the other guy was European champ, and talks the novice through the spar. They did 12 rds that day and the day after getting the rounds in.

nice work capt ! your man is coming around nice, Dave's jab has mustard on it. when he uses it, he is in full control. it prevents the other man from crowding him .
