    Default Stamina going down?

    I noticed on the heavybag last night that I wasn't able to last as long without getting out of breath and my muscles getting tired. Could it be that my punches have increased in power and I'm exerting more force without realizing it?

    Same with running. As I run, sometimes I'm not able to as long as I might because it could be that I'm running faster and don't know it...

    Or it could simply be an indicator that you haven't been giving your body enough time to recuperate from your workouts.
    If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.

    Yeah I find the main problem is tiring becoming accumulative.

    Yeah what they both said... Maybe change to a diet or sleeping habits?? My stamina goes to shit when I have a long week at work paired with getting bugger all sleep and not eating decent meals...

    Wouldn't be that Clubber, if you're training right then your energy systems would be improving along with our strength anyway

    You'd have to be doing nothing but resistance training and even then - it wouldn't really work like that...

    On the contrary, it might be that I'm not training enough.

    I punched the bag again today and I did a bit better. If I'd practice on a regular basis I probably would do a whole lot better .
