Wtf?!?!
Wtf?!?!
i disagree as well.. i think everybody in HBO sucks up to Juan Diaz except manny steward. campbell won round 1.
"speed is the essence of war"
sun tzu-art of war
I gave round 1 for Diaz too. That's when he was still fresh. His body started weakening in round 3. Good game plan from Campbell's camp.
Over the years I have watched and recorded hundreds of fights. I always marvelled at the accuracy of Lederman's cards. However, he has been slacking lately. Is it time he's led out to pasture and maybe put his daughter in on the HBO telecasts? Maybe each of the prognosticators should post their scorecards as well. Perhaps this would encourage them to watch the fight more carefully and in an unbiased manner, though this does not gurantee being unbiased.![]()
I actually did too. I break the rounds into thirds for scoring ease and I don't look at compubox numbers. I try and score it with no more outside knowledge than the real judges have. I still had Nate winning 115-112 and was forced to take the point for the "headbutt"
But the greatest fool of them all is the judge that gave the fight to Juan Diaz making this fight a split decision.I was actually thinking they might rob Nate Campbell they took a lot of time to tally or announce the cores

I gave Diaz round 1 also...
What's wrong with that?
I felt Diaz connected the cleaner punches.
I dunno man, he's always been a little bit inconsistent for me..He'll have a few good broadcasts where there is little room for arguement but then he'll have a match where it leaves you thinking ''wtf??''
The one that sticks out the most for me was the De La Hoya vs Jon Jon Molina fight where he scored for Jon Jon. I think he scores too much for just aggresion and not ''effective aggresion''. Another was when he gave the first few rounds of Mayweather vs Chavez to Chavez. Wierd calls.
