Default I'm so vain, but I need an explanation.

So I take two weeks off for training.
I eat all around me, lay in bed for hours, watch heaps of tv, eat some more work and sleep.

In the two weeks I'm off I grow from fighting weight of 71 up to 75kg. (I had 3 kilos on after 1 day!)

At 71kg I was so vain, I love looking ripped and I was so happy with my appearance, then the two weeks off and the weight gain.
One would assume I'd be a little less hapy with my appearance...But...

My stomach is huge...Not as in fat, as in, since I ate so much and did so little my abs ar about twice the size they were when I was fighting...They look absolutley monster!
Why is this? Like I said I've done nothing, not moved!

hmm, couple of things, water filling out the muscle or the extra calorie intake has given your body a boost. The same way when you're dieting it's good to have your calories up and down and not set at one figure so your body doesn't go into starvation mode.....that in reverse. I'm sure there's a spiffy word for it.

What were your sugar/hydration/creatine levels like during training? If you've been burning them off/not taking them in to make weight then as soon as you stop training they're going to build back up within the muscles again.

Your muscles look bigger when they are hydrated/full of glycogen.

    I see,
I knew it was far too much a gain for it just to be water.

I can't believe that 3 days of eating would lead to your abs growing twice the size. I would have thought they would be less visable if you've added 3kgs.

    Hmm strange.

    Genetic freak springs to mind

Maybe your body is super-compensating with the extra calories. Have you been eating loads of good carbs and protein?

In honesty Ono, I've been eating everything!
Loads of red meat, Veg, they're daily in my home, lots of junk food too!
(Well junk food to me is Apple pie and birthday cake.)
I've been hvaing like 6 meals a day!

My shouldeers bulked a bit too, but they always do that when I'm not training.

You may not have gone long enough without training. If you had, it would have turned to bulgy fat.

I've eaten a huge Dinner daily. Loads of red meat, which I don't usually eat
I've made a return to full fat milk, which I guess is full of protein. I've been eating a good bit of pasta, with lots of sauce too.

Generally, just a vast quantity more than I usually eat and like I said with no excercise whatsoever.
