Default Which is the strongest division in boxing today?

I was just looking at the talent filled divisions that are Lightweight and Welterweight and couldn't decide which has the most talent in it! I think that now Floyd has retired I may just edge towards Lightweight. Thank God for these 2 divisions though.

Which do you guys think is the best division in the sport today?

No just kidding, at the current moment, simply because of how stacked it is at the top I would say lightweight but they are both excellent divisions. Would like to go more detailed but I'm currently all in before the flop online so I have to tend to my hand.

Lightweight purely because of the most intriguing match ups like Joan Guzman vs Nate Campbell Juan Manuel Marquez vs Joel Casamayor Michael Katsidis vs Juan Diaz all the top Lightweights facing eachother so it for certain edges the Welterweight division at the moment.

    Super Bantamweight.

It's only problem is that Izzy (assuming his wars haven't affected him,) will be a truely dominant champion.

I like the welterweight division - has been great for a while.

Zab Judah always interests me. I always wonder which one will turn up!

I am really surprised to see Super Middle over Lightweight here.

Right now I think Lightweight as there are fights that will definately give clarity to who's where. By this time next year I think that WW will be back in that position.

Super middleweight is a very good division with a ton of young talent, so I understand that. Light heavyweight is the one that had me scratching my head.

I still think that 168 while is has some stars is a rather shallow division at least in comparison with lightweight.
