Default People I would like to see David Haye fight.

I would like to see three guys fight him before he faces Wladimir or Vitali Klitschko
    1) Jameel McCline: I just want to see how he deals with the size and strength, obviously the smallest step up.
    2) Brock: Good boxer, decent power and speed, I would like to see how David deals with this complete package fighter who isn't great at anything.
    3) Samuel Peter: I want to see Haye know he can't just go out blazing and try to outbox a guy like Peter who will come forward has a good chin, and hits hard. I would also like to see how Haye's power works on Samuel's chin.

I think these three fights would significantly raise his status as a heavyweight.

Who has Gomez foughten? Oliver McCall? Nobody knows him anymore. He hasn't done anything in the heavywieght division to further his status IMO.

And Haye has right? You not knowing who Gomez is sounds more like a personal problem. The WBC knows who he is considering he's Vitali's number 1 contender.

You wouldnt want these three just to contrast to Wlads wins over them huh.Brock has pretty much arrived at where he is going..Complete Package and barely even started for that matter.I do think Mccline would be interesting as far as size gos,Haye will not only be dealing with a huge jump in class with the brothers (sounds like Vitali) but with capable mass size as well.

Isn't Brock at least temporarily retired because of a detached retina or something?

Close, Brock's done, they fucked up the surgery on his eye, he's permanently blind in it.

Me not knowing who he is? The guy who beat Antonio Tarver in the Olympics? Just because your in love with every Cuban, doesn't mean they deserve the big fights, once again what has he done at Heavyweight? Who has he beaten at heavyweight? Also Tony Thompson was the number 1 contender for Wlad's belt, does that mean he deserved it? Gomez is good, but definitely not the right opponent for Haye, he isn't well known enough, he dissapeared after he was a cruiserweight, and once again the guys I mentioned we can compare Haye's performances to those of Wlad. Gomez is a southpaw who won't be talked about after Vitali crushes him.

That sucks about Brock, I really liked him, his wife was a lawyer, I think he has a business degree, either way he is good to go.

He won a title eliminator. He's also been fighting ranked fighters at heavyweight since 2003. He's also beat the best heavyweight that Turkey has ever had

Nice use of google. You keep asking what Gomez has done at Heavyweight but keep ignoring what Haye has done at Heavyweight? Yeah he beat Monte Barrett. So did Cliff Couser. In quicker fashion. Facts are Gomez is more deserving and has done more at Heavy than Haye. I understand Haye is hot right now. So guys like you are going to suck his dikk more than usual. But he's hot cuz of his work at Cruiser and cuz he runs his mouth. He ain't more deserving than Gomez. They should fight each other to see who is.

Yes but Gomez is an ugly fighter to watch and normally I like those Cuban southpaws but he slaps more then Calzaghe. Think he is in for a beating against Vitali I am not so sure how he does against Wlad.

As for Brock, his nickname was the Boxing Banker right? Wasn't he a certified accountant or something?

The problem is I can't get excited to see just about anybody in the heavyweight division at this point.

Why are you comparing what Haye has done? Gomez has his shot with one of the brothers, I am sayign taht Haye shouldn't get that yet. I am not denying that Gomez has been in the division longer than Haye, I am just saying he is not a good stepping stone for Haye because most people have either forgotten about him at cruiserweight or never heard of him. Fuck you about google... I only use it to find what websites your mom is on.
