I've been searching a bunch of thereads for different guards and styles, so far I've found the peek-a-boo,cross arm, shoulder roll.
I knoe theres still more for instance crab, Phillyshell and others
id like to know what are their differences/strenghts/weaknesses.
So if anyone is willing to post a theread or something about this I would really appreciate it.
