Not a 100% KO loss record but

    0-20-0 (18 Losses by KO)

How do sanctioning bodies allow these guys to keep fighting?

No. I have some way worse than that in my new book, but you have to buy it to find out--heh heh.

Yes it is a poor record ,but compared to your 636 posts and all were total bullshit , then I'm afraid that you Sir Bellend are far worst in your field.

I suppose that a lot of promoters want cannon fodder. Who doesn't like seeing a knockout? Guys like that are accidents waiting to happen. For a dollar a lot of promoters will toss anyone in the ring to get their head knocked off.

It's a pity, with all the effort to make boxing safer, many people are allowed to fight that should never get into the ring in the first place.

    Excerpt from my book:

"Since 1996, when boxers’ federal ID cards became mandatory, prizefightersfrom the rust belt town of Ashtabula, Ohio have established a combined record of 25 wins and 379 losses. Of those losses, 343 were by KO or TKO, and most came within the first two rounds. James Holly alias Virgil Holly / James Robinson, fought out of Ashtabula from 1983-2000 and was both a fighter and promoter
who could provide a body (including his own) two days before a fight.

"As a boxer, he had an eye-popping mark of 5-55 (KO 55) that landed him suspensions in at least six states. Yes, 55 losses coming by way of KO and 31 in the first round. Others have reported his record as having been 7-64 (KO 64). One of his few wins came against Larry Pugh, 1-7 (KO 7). Another, a major upset, was a 10th round knock out of heavily favored Sammy Scaff in 1998. The giant Scaff once fought Mike Tyson.

"This heavyweight was an exemplar of those who fill in last-minute vacancies on cards, the fodder that more promising fighters used to pad their records with a KO. But when you lose 55 (or 64) fights by KO, you put yourself at great risk...."

Fighters like strickland and the english bloke who has lost 300 odd are allowed to fight because although they get beat so often they are actually able to avoid any real punishment and dont take any risks in the ring that could lead to them getting themselves hurt.

In this case however if the guy is getting ko`d in every fight and getting nowhere near to a respectable record then it is indeed the states commissions that should be stopping him from getting seriously hurt as the guy himself is obviously too lacking of intelligence to pull himself out!

Yes, but not very many by way of stoppage. I have an entire section devoted to him.
