Hi, im new to boxing iva bin watching it for years but in the last 1 or 2 years ive gotten realy interested in it.
Im 17 about 6ft 2
I wanted to start boxing originally because i thought about doing it to get me fit. So i braught myself a BBE boxing set got mits, pads, wraps, and a bag about 3 foot but after doing it and thinking about it i want to get into
it properly i need to get fit and loose weight but then i want to do it properly and whilst loosing weight i thought i could learn some proper techniques so then i am more ready when i try to get into it properly.
ive got:
bag
mits
pads
i could get a skipping rope
also i got
a excercise bike
dunbels
i was wondering if anyone could help me with sugesting a routine or something to do that will help me and some nutrition help like what 2 eat and things please
any thing that would help would be much apreciated
