I'm at my desk all day and am continuously filling my water bottle I have with me. I swear like you said I'm pissing all day long, but it gives me an excuse to get up from desk lol.
I workout everyday after work and I'll tell you I can really tell the difference when I drink a shite load of water throughout the day and when I don't.
SO FUNNY!! I do the same thing.. i just drink tons of water so i can run to the restroom every 30 min..
Drago, pissing from all the water isn't a bad thing at all.. it's all part of cleaning yourself out. Your releasing toxins within the urine and the "clearer" your pee the more hydrated you are.. Keeps the rest of the processes in the body running smoothly.
Water in anything would count, except i believe stuff that contains caffeine or anything high in salt. It would still be hydrating you but the salt would negate a bit of it.. I've also read that it's still good to eat/drink salty stuff to keep a good balance, but nothing crazy..
not to mention that a lot of people who don't consume enough water, and eat salty foods, get bloated and look a lot fatter than if they would just drink water.. The body retains water when high sodium/salt is consumed in order to not dehydrate, as a sort of security measure.. So the more water you drink, the better your body is able to work in general..
There is of course water intoxication if you drink gallons and gallons but thats an extreme..
