Okay I was speaking to a friend who I haven't seen for a while recently and he told me he works at the local swimming baths and he's a qualified lifeguard. He just sits on that chair all day looking at women's asses in bikini's while blowing a whistle every half hour or so telling people to stop running by the side of the pool. And he gets great cash for it. He's been there like 4 months and has never seen anybody drown etc.
So I decided to investigate on what he told me and what he said of it being simple to become a qualified lifeguard. After I was on the website I seen that It's a 4 day course which costs £200 and at the end of it you're qualified and free to apply to work. The nearest training centre is only like a 10 minute drive from my house. Obviously you have to pass a test on it etc but it seems easy enough (Especially If I know this guy can pass). He got the qualification and is now working at a pool by my home having boner time 8 hours a day.
To be honest my job now isn't great, the cash is good though. However I can still keep the job now and just reduce my hours and do this as well to earn extra cash. There are a number of pool's round my area so I should get a job once qualified and there's a new leisure centre being built by my home so I could apply there also.
I don't know if you realise but I'm taking a year out of school and then applying to join the police or to do a paramedic training course. It will also look good on my application for BOTH of those if I'm a qualified lifeguard which is an added bonus.
What do you all think should I go for it ? The £200 training fee isn't an issue by the way I've got that right now.
